The crowd looks way up from the last raw show which was also a
Saturday night's main event taping. Very few sections are curtained
off and the majority of all three levels are full even with bell time
10 minutes away. Survivor Series presale begins at midnight tonight.
Dark match:
Alex Riley cuts heel promo saying his mother was miss Virginia in
1973, which is the only good thing to come out of Virginia....
Jamie Noble rolled up Alex Riley for the pin in four minutes. Crowd
was alive and behind Noble throughout the match after Riley's heel
promo. Riley looked green but not a bad dark match.
WWE Superstars:
1) John Morrison vs. Tyson Kidd: Morrison by pin in 12 minutes in an
excellent tv match. This should have been on the ppv last night. Kidd
continues to improve and plays solid heel. Undoubtedly a star in the
making if the powers that be don't hold him down. 3 1/2 stars and
making an educated guess that this will be the match of the night.
2) Randy Orton vs. Primo Colon: perhaps I spoke too soon. At this
point I started feeling very sorry for Bryan not having access to WGN.
This is a good week to catch the show on You Tube Bryan. Orton won
with the RKO in 8 minutes in a 3-star match. Great psychology by
both...only thing that brought it down is Orton somehow managed to
work in two long headlocks into an 8 minute tv match.
Still a great tv match and a heck of a one hour tv show this Thursday.
Unannounced dark main event: HHH/Cena beat Randy Orton/Big Show in two
minutes. Orton tagged in Show and walked out with his belt. After
suplexing Show, Cena gave Show the FU, then HHH gave Show the pedigree
for the pin. afterwards was a 15 minute bithday celebration for HHH
which involved the entire locker room including Vince and Batista.
