8-7-09 TNA Biloxi House Show results

Opening match had Suicide defeating Shark Boy in a surprisingly good and competitive match. After the match Shark Boy nailed Suicide with the Stunner for rebuking his Water Bottle Toast. Both these masked guys were super over with all the kids in the crowd. Earl Hebenr came out as the ref and was greeted with a loud "You screwed Bret" chant.

Awesome Kong and Raisha Saeed defeated the Beautiful People when Kong pinned Love. Saeed spent much of the match as the face in peril. Hebner and Sky were funny trading barbs back and forth. The end came when Kong nailed Love with the Implant Buster.

Homicide retained his X Division Title against Christopher Daniels and Consequences Creed. They did some really good and innovative spots, and the coolest was when Daniels had Creed in the camel clutch at the same time he had Homicide in a Boston Crab. Funny thing happened when Homicide got tossed out of the ring. I think Creed tossed him a little hard because he really nailed the barricade and landed on my foot. He looked at us in obvious pain and said, "That guy ain't right" I told my friend I know that had to hurt and he looked at us and said, "Uh, hell yeah."

Hernandez pinned Eric Young. Young did some really good heel work on the mic to rile the crowd. A good back and forth match with Hernandez nailing all his power moves.

Beer Money Incorporated beat Kiyoshi and Sheik Abdul Bashir in a decent match. Bashir got nailed with the mist allowing BMI to nail Kiyoshi with the DWI. Every time Kiyoshi got in people yelled the Not So Great Muta at him. Beer Money were crazy over and they interacted with the crowd huge.

AJ Styles defeated Samoa Joe with the Pele kick. People in Biloxi sure love Styles. This was the main event which was originally advertised as Styles vs. Angle but I am not complaining as it was a good match.

After the Main Event Mick Foley came out. He announced wrestlers would be coming out to sigh autographs and he would also take pictures with people. Eric Young came out demanding Foley to make things right as he and his World Elite wrestlers face bias from unfair American refs, officials, and fans. This led to an impromptu match where Foley was getting the best of Young even using the Socko Claw which brought out Brashir and Kiyoshi. Foley chased them off and then started the autograph and picture session. Foley even announced they are considering Biloxi for a PPV but I am not sure if they tell that to every house show crowd, but the place erupted at that.

I have been to some great wrestling down here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I have seen Mid South, South Eastern/Continental, WCW, WWE, and even the Heroes of Wrestling PPV. This was the most fun I have had at any of these cards. If TNA tried to send their TV viewers off as happy as they do their House Show crowd TNA would really give WWE a run for their money. If they come back down I will definitely be going back.
