First match of Hell in a Cell feedback

Hi Guys,
I would give a thumbs in the middle for the PPV
Worst Match: Mickie James vs Alicia Fox/ R Truth vs Drew McIntyre
Best Match: Legacy vs DX-a least some play with the cell locking HHH out and then DiBiase getting the roles reversed on him at the end.
Really the cell didn't really play too much into the matches involved other than DX/Legacy. The others could have well been no DQ matches. The quality of matches were fine but the whole Hell in a Cell theme didn't live up to expectations. I think there should only be one match on the PPV in a cell or it loses its specialness to the match. One would think that there may have been at least hardway blood in one of the matches-besides the blood on Cena's thumb.
Not sure if this has been the trend but at the theatre where I watched the PPV it was the smallest crowd I have ever seen there (haven't been since the Rumble) as generally there is a considerable amount of people going and there should have been enough interest in the Cell matches to draw a crowd
Orton's comment to Legacy made it seem like it was a totally horribly brutal match but it was no less brutal than last month's PPV (at least for Cena) without the cell, without the blood it just didn't seem like it. Looked like in their match that either Cena's dogtag fell out of the refs pocket and he picked it up after trying to count the pin or an awfully big gig that wasn't concealed or taped well, I couldn't really make it out. Also, where was this totally brutal side of Cena he promised that we have never seen? Besides throwing the stairs at Orton there was none. I think although a solid match, this was a bit of a let down. I liked Orton's facials in the match, especially after he had Cena trapped in the ropes.
I thought Punk vs Undertaker was well done as well. Didn't make sense to take the title again so quick from Punk as I think they would get a lot more mileage out of various babyface chases for the belt trying to shut up the cocky heel. Wrong move here. Punk looked strong vs Taker. I was expecting someone under the ring to come out and screw Taker-would have been a good opportunity to introduce a new character as one time when they lifted the ring apron you could see a monitor under the ring that potentially could have had someone watching it to time his interference. (perhaps it was just Hornswaggles personal TV in his apartment). Punk could have smashed a Pepsi bottle or something over Taker's head for a cheap win.
Really also liked the tag match as there were a couple great spots in this one. This match had a good dynamic for all as there were previous issues brought up for Mysterio vs Jericho which added to the commentary I thought.
Morrison vs Ziggler was a very good match. Both really worked hard. Ziggler needs a win soon vs someone else to keep his rise going or he is going to be shuffled down quickly.
Didn't really care about R-Truth vs McIntyre coming into the PPV and care even less now. I cant get into Truth as a character.
I agree that the laying out of matches was totally strange, leading of with Punk vs Taker was bizarre. The matches between the Cell matches had little chance and the crowd reaction really showed it.
Have a great night guys

worst match- mickie james vs alicia foxx
best match- id have to say kofi miz and swagger(im sorry no match really deserved best match)
review - why was the undertaker match on first? but after seeing how he limped after the leg drop off the apron i agree that maybe putting the title on him may be a wrong decision. and maybe it is me i dont know but is mickie james putting some meat on. dont get me wrong i like a girl with a belly but hers is getting big and considering they fired cherry for supposedly being overweight which she wasnt at all they may need to stop with the double standard. ziggler and morrison was alright but with 8 matches on the card they needed more time. cena orton all i have to say is that orton plays the psycho character especially with the facial expressions. god i loved cena getting booed all night. truth mcintyre match they need to use killings a lot better its a shame. anyone who thought batista and mysterio were taking the titles im laughing right now. how bad would it have looked for mysterio to win a belt after comming off a drug failure suspension.
overall
i say thumbs in the middle

Thumbs up
Best match: Cena-Orton
Worst match: Ziggler-Morrison
Very solid show. Orton's decisive win was needed, and the right way to go.
Surprised by Undertaker opening match title win -- welll done, albeit likely temporary.
Show & Jericho had great star power with the crowd, and all 4 men were solid
in a very entertaining tag team match. Expected much more from Ziggler-Morrison,
and the live crowd was asleep through almost all of it.

Thumbs up
Best match -- DX vs Legacy
Worst match -- Drew McIntyre vs R-Truth
Good PPV, better than Breaking Point. Also I will side with best match over title match as to what should have closed the card. DX vs Legacy was better than either title match, so it was the right decision. I was questionable up until I saw the main event, though. Morrison vs Ziggler delivered IMO and I'm glad it got time. However, could we not have gotten a Christian/Regal rematch instead of either the divas match or Drew McIntyre vs R-Truth? And couldn't the only straight-edge world heavyweight champion in history hold on to his belt for more than two PPVs?

Verdict: Thumbs in the middle Best Match: DX vs Legacy Worst Match: Mickie James vs Alicia Fox
A very nothing PPV. I don't understand the use of 3 Hell in a Cells when for 2 of the 3 matches, they were hardly used. They served more as background decorations than as tools. Only the DX/Legacy match really made use of the cell as a weapon. I thought the main event told a good story for the most part, but I didn't like the last bit where it was a 2 on 1 babyface advantage. It was pointless beating a heel to the ground like that. The rest of the matches were okay from a technical aspect, nothing to get excited about. The problem was that there was no hype for any of the matches. It was really evident with the lack of crowd heat and just reinforces how the 3 week builds hurt the hype of the show. For $50 a show, I wish WWE would produce a more intriguing show worthy of my dollars. This was a totally missable show.
