I went to the TNA house show in Wayne, N.J. tonight. I'd say there were about 500 people there or so. Here are the results :
Sara Del Ray beat Alissa Flash to retain the JAPW womens title.
Suicide beat Chris Sabin
Daffney beat Hamada
The Pope~! beat Eric Young
15 min. intermission
Amazing Red beat Homicide to retain the X-Division title...after the match Homicide got on the mike and said "I'm gonna be straight up, for once..no really, I am" "today is the anniversary of Eddie Guererro's passing" big Eddie chants then he says to Red "I'm Latino and you're Latino, and this match tonight wasn't about winning,it was about paying respect to Eddie....now what were those things that Eddie use to say? He lies, cheats &...steals" as he's saying that he kicked Red in the gut and tried to steal the X title, but Red made a quick come back, knocked Homicide on the mat, climbed to the top rope and hit a frog splash.
Taylor Wilde & Sereta beat The Beautiful People (My girlfriend Velvet Sky & Madison Rain) to retain the TNA Knockouts tag titles...after the loss Velvet got on the mike and said that The beautiful people will never come back to Hackensack N.J. again. Good thing we're in WAYNE N.J.~!
Jeremy Borash says he just received word from Dixie Carter that just for the people of Wayne N.J., we don't have to wait until the PPV to see the main event, we're getting it tonight.
AJ Styles beat Samoa Joe and Daniels in the main event to retain the TNA heavyweight title.
After the match Borash gets back in the ring and says he's looking for one more lucky fan to go backstage and meet some of the TNA stars, AJ interupts him and says "Being that I'm the TNA champ, I have some pull around here, and I say that EVERYONE gets to go backstage" Borash says that the backstage area is too small for all of us,and that it just can't be done. He and AJ talk for a few seconds, and then decide that they would bring the stars of TNA out to all of us..and that the TNA SUPER fans, but only the REAL TNA SUPER fans could meet AJ Style in the middle of the TNA ring and get a photo with him as well...what is a TNA SUPER Fan you ask?? a TNA Super fan is ANYONE in the building with $20~! and only a limited amount of fans would get to meet AJ, and by limited they meant when there was no one else who wanted to meet AJ, that when the offer expired.
Billy Corgan (from Smashing Pumpkins) was there as well.
A really fun show, I hope they come back to the area again...never thought I'd say that about TNA.
