Thumps UP!
Best Fight: Jon Jones vs. Brandon Vera
Worst Fight: None

1) Alessio Sakara vs. James Irvin:  Weird finish to a fight, but
luckily it was the right call by the referee.  Before the fist to the
eye happened, I thought Sakara was just moments away from knocking
Irvin out.   Sakara had such a superior stand up and Irvin cutting
weight really effected him big time.

2) Cheick Kongo vs. Paul Buentello:  When this fight was announced, I
was very excited about it.  I enjoy watching both fighters and I knew
both men would sit their and bang.  I was surprised by Kongo going to
the take down, but I am glad he is working on his ground game.   If
Kongo ever gets a solid ground game he is going to be dangerous.
Buentello snapping his pinky finger into place really got over with my
friends watching the fight.  Everyone but me went from wanting Kongo
win the fight to Buentello.   Good fight and Buentello showed a lot of
heart.   This win makes Kongo still relevant in the Heavyweight
division, but with losses to Velasquez and Mir makes Kongo need a few
more wins to get back into potential title shot.

3) Junior Dos Santos vs. Gabriel Gonzaga:   I couldn't believe this was
a fight put on free television.  JDS is quickly becoming my favorite
fighters and I am looking forward to him fighting Velasquez, Mir, and
Carwin in the future.  The only fight I will not be rooting for him to
win is a fight with Brock Lesnar.   I called exactly how JDS was going
to win the fight and that was knock out.   This this win, JDS is
officially in line for a Heavyweight title shot.   Gonzaga moves down
to where Kongo is in the division.

4) Brandon Vera vs. Jon Jones:  Same with the JDS vs. Gonzaga, I
couldn't believe this fight was for free.  This was easily a semi main
event fight on a PPV and the same thing goes for JDS vs. Gonzaga.  I am
going to say this right now that Jon Jones will dominate the Light
Heavyweight division like Anderson Silva, GSP and BJ Penn dominate
their respective divisions.   This guy is a going to be a big star.

* Thank God that punch that ended up in Irvin's eye was from Sakara and not James Toney. That would have been ugly. Would have never heard the end of it from James or the boxing purists. Sakara can barely speak English so we are good.

* Felt bad for Paul Buentello. I knew deep down that Kongo was gonna put him away (figured standing with a shot), but i didn't think he would take him down at will and just beat him up like he did.

* Junior Dos Santos IS a beast. I have him right with Cain. Nice of Gabe to mug for the camera after getting his ass handed to him. Very impressive win tonight. Jesus....look what Brock is coming back to...

* Good win for Jones. This was one of those fights that i felt both guys were intentionally trying to injure the other one. Starting out with the kick to the knee by Bones (attempted return by Vera) the up-kick (twice) by Vera and the elbow to the eye. Jones is for real, but we knew that after watching him murder Matt (Bonnar doesn't count). Look forward to his next fight.

* No Clay Guida. Sad....yet there were 165 commercials.

Thumbs Down

Best Match - Gen Me vs MCMG
Worst Match - Hall and 6-Pac vs Young and Nash

I liked 4 matches on this show and still gave it a thumbs down. What a completely over-booked show this was.

1. Kendrick vs Kazarian vs Daniels vs Red
I liked this match. Everything was pretty well done, I could've done with some more selling by people that aren't named Brian Kendrick. ***

Good promo by Flair but it didn't seem like he had much material to work with.

2. Daffney vs Tara
I liked this as well. Daffney's work could be crisper but she's got a believability about her. Tara is a totally generic babyface and I'm not sure why anyone would want to get behind her. She completely over-celebrates every win and frankly it's more annoying than anything positive. **1/4

3. Rob Terry vs Magnus
It was a very short squash match, not much else to be said. If Terry is going to be given this sort of push he really needs a more impressive finish, because his physique and his presence is all he has right now. *

4. MCMG vs Gen Me
My favourite match on the show. Lots of fast-paced car wreck stuff that showcased both teams. ***1/2

5. The Band vs Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young
Just an EPIC FAIL. It's 2010 and these men mean nothing, NOTHING, to ratings. Why are TNA paying these men?!? 1/2*

6. Doug Williams vs Shannon Moore
This was an ok match. Shannon Moore just doesn't do much for me. I liked the Williams promo but the stealing the purse and painting Moore's face was overkill. **

7. Hernandez & Morgan vs Beer Money
This was a decent story and Morgan played his role well, but I've seen Russo run this storyline for years now. Can't we just have tag champs that get along? *3/4

8. Angle vs Anderson
I had to go back and watch this match again because I literally fell asleep in my chair watching it. Why are these men having a grappling battle? I was under the impression this was a blood feud (a very badly booked blood feud, but a blood feud nonetheless.) **

9. Styles vs Abyss
The first half of the match was perfectly acceptable and then it just fell off a cliff. Just a completely unsatisfying and perplexing conclusion to a strange show. **1/4

I left the show feeling unsatisfied and cheated out of my $35, thanks TNA.
