-- There is no guarantee Undertaker will be healthy enough to return for SummerSlam despite that being the plan for months now. It's touch and go and the next set of tapings post-PPV will determine whether he's going to be back in time or not.
-- Apparently the invasion angle last night at the Impact tapings was awesome and will make for great TV. They tape the follow-up tonight, which is the one I'm worried about.
-- Jim Ross on being removed from the new WWE open: While @ gym got messages my voice was removed from Raw show open. If it matters, that's news 2 me. Been nice 2 have been informed. Oh, well
-- Nothing new as of noon Pacific on the Dr. Wagner situation. As noted on the front page, Wagner, the AAA champion, showed up at a CMLL house show last night with the AAA belt. Aside from tweeting shock and pretty much giving away the finish of the next CMLL mask match (Histeria losing unless it gets changed), AAA has been quiet on the situation and has avoided any sort of burial of Wagner. Wagner, who was working without a contract, did an interview saying he was still on good terms with AAA despite AAA not knowing it was going to happen in advance. A key to the story may be that it happened at a CMLL house show in Nuevo Loredo as opposed to at one of the main arenas, Arena Mexico or Arena Coliseo in Mexico City. There is less a sense of finality with it happening there, in the sense that you'd think if CMLL signed him to a deal and had raided him his debut would have been at a TV taping. Still, he had to fly to Nuevo Loredo and it wasn't like he was just in the area and decided to show up to send a message to AAA.

-- NHL takes step to penalize hits to the head
-- Regarding the wrist flip question the last few days on Observer Radio, Daniel writes: Giant Haystacks, who was the quintessential heel of the 70s and 80s in English wrestling feuding with big daddy, would grab his wrists during the matches - William Regal worked with haystacks towards the end of the 80s and its quite possible he's emulating him.
