- TMZ.com carried the story this morning that Anthony Carelli, aka Santino, was arrested at 2:57 AM on suspicion of a DUI. His BAC was 0.061, putting him below the 0.08 legal limit, but he was stumbling around with bloodshot eyes and couldn't even stand up straight. He was released early this morning on $500 bail.- UFC star Chris Leben also turned himself in today on a parole violation from several years back. Authorities were apparently impressed that he did so willingly, and although he is being held without bail the feeling is that he'll be out soon and will still be fighting on the June show in London. UFC was aware in advance of what was going on as well, and apparently he had to do this in order to get his visa for London. More on the story here.

- Lewis in Tucson writes: I believe the first time I saw your favorite move, the Playmaker, used was in WCW when Elix Skipper was called up from WCW Saturday Night to (I believe) Thunder. I can't remember if he ever used it on Saturday Night, mainly because I never saw him win on Saturday Night, but when he was called up he used it and it was called the Over Drive (before it was renamed the Play Of The Day when he joined Team Canada). Why the Over Drive? Well because the creative geniuses at WCW (I believe it was you-know-who) decided to rename young Elix. The name? SKIP OVER. I'm not sure how long he used this name, but I know it was only for a short time. Just thought I would share that wonderful memory, because it's the reason I still call the move the Over Drive as opposed to the Playmaker. I'm so glad Johnny Ace was paying attention as close as I was.
