AAA on Galavision
By: Xavier Hernandez
Show aired on: 09/13/2008
The announcers welcome us to the show, from Mexico City (again). Summary of last week's show: Mini Kenzo moved to the next round of the Minis tournament, with the help of Big Kenzo. Aerostar won the "Alas de Oro" tournament, with a controversial pinfall over Jack Evans. Cibernetico and Chessman have solved their problems, and they're together again. For this show, the return of Zorro, plus Silver King and Ricky Marvin return to the company as well.
*Full Replay of the "Alas de Oro" Tournament, where Aerostar won the trophy, with a pinfall he scored over Jack Evans. The story was that Evans did kick out at two, but the referee still made the three count, and Evans got screwed. They show a video of Jack Evans after the match. He says it was imposssible that Aerostar beat him. He calls the referree "corrupt", and calls AAA "racist". Evans wants his rematch, or else he will sue the company. Evans warns AAA to not make him snap, because he won't be responsible for what happens to Aerostar. (This segment was in crystal clear English, and Evans is great cutting these promos)
*Promo Video: This one is about the Hermandad Extrema (or Extreme Brotherhood). It's basically about how they treat Lucha as a business, because they just care about money. They promote their death code "187", and they claim they can be hired by anyone who calls 1-800-187 (fake number). If you have the money, they will get the job done! (this looks like the Mexican version of the APA). Another video, but this one features Gato Eveready. He asks the fans to send Porky support to a given e-mail address, because he needs the support from everyone.
1) Billy Boy, Argenis & Gato Eveready vs. Los Diabolicos (Mr. Condor, Angel Mortal & Gallego)
-First Fall: Typical opener. No heat nor an important feud to call. Gato does a sick Corkscrew Senton to the outside, on Gallego. Angel Mortal lands outisde, and Argenis takes him out with a Diving Plancha. In the ring, Billy pins Condor with a Sitdown Powerbomb.
Winners: Billy Boy, Argenis & Gato Eveready
*Noti AAA:
-Visit "luchalibreaaa.com" to answer the next five questions to earn tickets for Verano de Escandalo (which is Sunday 14, too late for US people)
-The Apaches will expose their Mixed titles against the Morenos at "VdE"
-Charlie Manson got the job done, and unified the Hell Brothers again. Cibernetico says they must unite against the traitors. Chessman is now relieved, and the three HBs are back together.
-More hype to Aerostar's controversial win. He is attacked in the locker room. by the Harts and Konnan. Evans wants his rematch, because he was the true winner.
-Konnan was attacked by a mysterious guy last week (it seemed to be Silver King with a black mask!)
-More key reminders
*Mini Tournament Summary:
-Octagoncito def. Mini Chessman
-Mini Kenzo Suzuki def. Mascarita Divina
-Mascarita Sagrada def. Mini Histeria
-Mni Charlie Manson def. Jerrito Estrada

2) Mini Championship Tournament (Qualifying Match # 7)
Mini Kenzo Suzuki vs. Octagoncito
-First Fall: Kenzo begins with heavy strikes on Octagoncito. Missile Dropkick by the tecnico on the Japanese. Big Kenzo mistakenly attacks his mini version. Octagoncito covers Mini Kenzo, after a Scoop Slam, but Big Kenzo breaks the cover. Big Kenzo leaves, but Octagoncito moves the middle rope, causing pain on Big Kenzo's sensible zone. Mini Kenzo tries a Frankensteiner, but Octagoncito counters with a Powerbomb off the top. Octagoncito hits a Moonsault and pins Mini Kenzo
Winner: Octagoncito
*Pretaped Segment: Apparently Konnan wants to be the first one to hire the Mexican APA, I mean the Hermandad Extrema. Nicho and Lider say if the money is there, they will put 187 on anybody that Konnan wants. Lider also tells Konnan to keep his "Americans" out of their way, and Konnan agrees. On the other hand, the Mexican Powers are ready to battle. Gladiador wants Nicho, and Crazy wants Lider. Ricky Marvin comes to say hi to the MPs, and wants to talk to Crazy. But the MPs are about to enter the ring, and Crazy tells Ricky they will talk after the match.
3) Mexican Powers (Crazy Boy & Ultimo Gladiador) vs. Hermandad Extrema (Joe Lider & Nicho el Millonario)
-First Fall: Another typical match of these gentlemen. Botched double team moves, exotic maneuvers, and chairs freqeuntly appear in these kind of matches. Gladiador hits a Piledriver on Nicho, and goes to the top, but Lider hits him with a chair. Crazy grabs Lider, and hits the Moonsault Slam off the ring apron. In the ring, Nicho connects a top rope Victory Roll to pin Gladiador.
Winners: Joe Lider & Nicho el Millonario
-Aftermath: Marvin arrives, just in time when the Hermandad puts a sheet over Gladiador with "187" sprayed on it. The Hermandad also sprays 187 on Crazy, and Marvin is attacked as well.
*Promo Video: More hype to the Chessman/Cibernetico feud.
4) Ricky Marvin & Chessman vs. Hart Foundation 2.0 (Teddy Hart & Jack Evans) w/Nikki
-First Fall: Chessman hits a slingshot Crossbody on Hart, and Evans does his Cartwheel dive on Chessman as well. Marvin finishes everyone with a sick Tornillo. Chessman brings a table, and sets it on the barricade. Nikki attacks and distracts Chessman. Hart does the Canadian Destroyer on Marvin, and then does the Springboard Moonsault on Chessman. Hart hits the Hartbreaker on Chessman, for the two count. Hart sets Chessman for the Doom Device, and Evans jumps, but Marvin gets him in mid-air with Headscissors!!! Chessman hits a DDT on Hart to begin the comeback. Chessman spears Evans through the apron into thr table!!!! Hart sets Marvin for the Open Hart Surgery, but Marvin catches him with the Moonsault Slam. Marvin covers, but La Hermandad attack Marvin, causing the DQ.
Winners: Ricky Marvin & Chessman
-Aftermath: The Hermandad also go after the Harts, and even Lider tries to seduce Nikki. Teddy Hart is extremely jealous, and threatens to hit Nikki. Chessman is backstage, and calls himself "stupid" for being in nonsense matches. Chessman says he must be with Ciber and Charlie, and now he doesn't care about anything. Mesias and La Secta attack Chessman. Mesias tells Chessman he messed with the wrong person, in the wrong moment. Nobody messes with Mesias.
*Promo Video: Alan and Elegido talk about how jealous the people are, because both of them are so good looking and great dancers. They also show a video of Silver King, who says the Legion will never beat the AAA army, now that the King has joined in. Silver says Konnan will never beat him, because Silver belongs to the Wagner Dinasty. The Legion is finished!!
5) Silver King, Alan Stone & El Elegido vs. La Secta (Dark Ozz, Dark Cuervo & Dark Scoria)
-First Fall: Nothing special in this match at the beginning. Silver hits the Zigzag Croosbody on Cuervo. Ozz misses a Moonsault, and Elegido tries to capitalize, but Mesias' music hits the arena. Ozz gets a distracted Elegido into a top rope Powerbomb for the three count.
Winners: Dark Ozz, Dark Cuervo & Dark Scoria
-Aftermath: Mesias and the Secta attack the three tecnicos. Silver tells the announcers that what the Secta did was "wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong" (counterpart to Dr. Wagner's "well, well, well, well").
*Pretaped Segment: Parka talks to Gronda about how many members the AAA army already has. Gronda says a new member has joined in: CIbernetico. Ciber says he fully supports the AAA army, because he hates foreign guys. AAA has the best wreslters, and no foreing can beat them.
6) Zorro, Kenzo Suzuki & Electroshock vs. Cibernetico, La Parka & Gronda
-First Fall: Typical Legion match, with them starting the triple team attack, and Zorro using his kendo stick. The comeback begins, and the tecnicos deliver heavy strikes on the heels. Konnan and the Harts arrives to attack the tecnicos. This assault causes the DQ for the tecnicos.
Winners: Cibernetico, La Parka & Gronda
-Aftermath: More tecnicos arrive to help Ciber and his partners. Joaquin Roldan appears, and tells Konnan if he keeps appearing on shows where he isn't booked, Roldan will continue delivering surprises. Roldan cannot fire Konnan due to legal issues, but he will make sure Konnan quits the company. Konnan says the Legion still rules. Cibernetico tells Konnan that this is 2008, and not the 90s. It's the new age of AAA. The Legion leaves, while the AAA army stands tall inside the ring.
