Welcome to our live coverage of TNA's No Surrender PPV from the Impact Zone in Orlando. We're looking for your thoughts on this show, last night's UFC 103 show and Wednesday night's Ultimate Fight Night. We're looking for a thumbs up, thumbs down or thumbs in the middle along with a best and worst match to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Sarita & Taylor Wilde vs. Velvet Sky & Madison Rayne to become the first Knockouts tag team titles Sarita & Wilde have great chemistry as a babyface team. Some of the stuff with Sarita, who does a lucha style, working with Velvet wasn't so good, but the babyfaces offense was good and they've got a likeability factor. They kept the match short, ending when Sarita used a springboard dropkick on Rayne into a German suplex by Wilde for the pin. Eric Young vs. Hernandez Young is still in his suit and told Hernandez he wants him in World Elite and promises not to touch him to show he's sincere. Hernandez beat up Young in a suit, who never fought back. Hernandez finished him in 48 seconds with the border toss and that was it. Samoa Joe vs. Daniels for the X title Good match. Nothing like the matches they had four years ago because Joe works a lot more careful. Still, a lot of good stuff and Daniels did plenty of high flying moves. Finish was a series of reversals, Muscle buster to Last Rites to a dragon sleeper by Daniels reversed into a choke for the finish. Somebody tore up Mick Foley's photo with Jeremy Borash and Foley was upset and looking for revenge. Pope D'Angelo Dinero vs. Suicide in falls count anywhere They brawled backstage for several minutes including Pope using an elbow off steps onto stage boxes. They came into the ring and did a lot of punshing spots including bumps on the entrance way. It was a lot of big bumps but crowd was at times with them and at times not. The finish saw Suicide put Dinero on a table, and then climbed to the top over the entrance, jumped off with a butt drop. Dinero moved and Suicide went through the table. Pope rolled over and got the pin. Not really smooth wrestling where they take a crowd up and down, and more punishing spots. Similar to mid-90s ECW. Crowd liked the stunts. ODB vs. Cody Deaner for the Knockouts title This was pretty entertaining. They did several near falls off spots where the referee helps, such as kicking the hands when Deaner held the ropes into the sunset flip spot. Deaner also did a knockout punch, but ODB kicked out. ODB won clean with the TKO, the fireman's carry into a diamond cutter for the pin. Kevin Nash vs. Abyss for the Legends title with Mick Foley at ringside doing the announcing This was total WCW 1999-2000. Well, except for the announcing which was Foley & Taz telling inside jokes about Vince McMahon yelling in their ear, pointing out they can use the term belt and strap. Match saw Daffney come in with a taser but Abyss gave her a black hole slam. A couple of near falls. Abyss wanted Foley to give him the barbed wire bat. Foley came out to give it to him but ref Jamie Tucker wasn't going for it. While Tucker was distracted, Nash used the taser to Abyss' groin for the pin. Real bad match. For some reason, Stevie didn't want to give Nash the money. Probably because Abyss will be fine on TV tomorrow night. Nash did the shittiest power bomb on Stevie who didn't go up. Nash grabbed the money and left. Scott Steiner did a great promo saying he hates the British Invasion even though they are partners because they hate people who come to our country and don't even speak our language. Then Booker ruined it with his same goofy stuff. Lethal Lockdown match: Steiner & Booker T & British Invasion vs. Beer Money & Team 3-D They started with James Storm and Doug Williams, then came Brutus Magnus, Robert Roode, Scott Steiner, Devon, Booker and Bubba. Rob Terry attacked Bubba and had the weapons lowered. The heels destroyed the faces until Bubba recovered, destroyed Rob Terry with a chair shot and then hit all the heels with lighter chair shots. Big spot was Beer Money and Magnus on top of the cage and gave Magnus a double-team suplex. They traded finishers. Finish was clean with Beer Money doing the DWI on Williams for the pin. Crowd was super hot once they started trading weapons shots, but were quiet until that time. Bobby Lashley vs. Rhino Decent match but crowd was largely flat because they were following so many weapons style matches underneath. Lashley didn't come across as anything spectacular, but all his stuff was at least well timed. Lashley went for a spear but nailed ref Andrew Thomas. Then Rhino, who was bleeding heavy, hit the gore, and ref Jamie Tucker ran in. Lashley kicked out. Rhino went for a second gore, but Lashley side stepped him and used a punch for the knockout and pin. Kurt Angle vs. A.J. Styles vs. Sting vs. Matt Morgan vs. Hernandez (cashing in his briefcase) for the TNA title. Wouldn't you cash in the briefcase after the match instead of moving it into a five-way where the odds are long? Hernandez was taken out immediately when Eric Young gave him a piledriver (which looked bad) on the stage. They had a good match with lot of using their finishers and saves. It was largely Styles & Sting vs. Angle & Morgan the entire match like a tornado match. In the finish, Angle reversed the scorpion and got Sting in the ankle lock. Morgan then used the carbon footprint on Angle, knocking him out. Morgan went for a tackle on Sting but flew over the top. Basically Sting and Styles were in the ring and either could win, and Sting walked away, did a dive on Morgan and allowed Styles to use a springboard 450 on Angle for the pin. They did a big-time celebration with the confetti and having a bunch of fans and friends like Daniels fill the ring to congratulate Styles. They did a real good job of making the title change come off as important.
