By Dave Zmerzlikar
We start off this week with Austin Aries coming to the ring accompanied by Rhett Titus and Kenny King. Tonight will be only the second time the ROH title has been defended on HDnet. Austin Aries grabs a mic and says he's gonna draw the name of the wrestler he will defend the belt against tonight but first theres a vote by the audience of which hat he should use. The fans cheer for the Big Bird beanie but he pulls a swerve and uses the cowboy hat instead. Damn i was pulling for the Big Bird beanie as well. He finally pulls out a name and it's Kenny Omega but unfortunately he's not here but overseas. How unlucky for him. He pulls out another name and doesnt look to happy about it. He annouces the winner and it's Grizzly Redwood. I call shenanigans.

ROH World Title Match:
Austin Aries vs Grizzly Redwood
Aries starts by snapping the suspenders of Grizzly. Gotta hate that. Test of strength but Grizzly is too short and cant reach so Aries gets on his knees but then gives it up and just overhead suplexes Grizzly. Grizzly comes back with some shots to the midsection and then rolls and trips Aries. He hits a dropkick to the knees but then gets caught with a clothesline. Aries gets a two count. Aries steps on his face and then press slams him for a two count. Grizzly gets shots in in the corner and then trys a press slam of his own and barely pulls it off. He then hits a bulldog for a nearfall. He goes to the top rope only to get thrown off by Aries. Aries then hits a sick dropkick to the face of Grizzly in the corner and follows it with a delayed brainbuster for the three count.
Winner: Austin Aries...was there ever any doubt?

Highlights of last weeks main event and Kevin Steen's annoucement of Ladder War 2. We then cut to comments from the American Wolves who promise blood and injuries in that match. We then take a look at the rivalry between Eddie Kingston and Chris Hero. Eddie Kingston comments and says Chris betrayed him and acted like a woman. Chris says Eddie is jealous that he overcame his weaknesses unlike him. Time for our next match

Brandon Day vs Erick Stevens
They start with a couple tie-ups that go nowhere until Stevens press slams him and hits a wicked chop and Day is down. Back suplex by Stevens for a two count. Day chins Stevens on the ropes and then jumps through them and hits him right in the gut. Day hits a gutbuster for a two count and then locks in the abdominal stretch. Stevens reverses it into a hiptoss but Day hits a knee to the midsection to maintain control. Day then misses a clothesline and Stevens hits a nice overhead german suplex. Stevens with a splash in the corner and a clothesline that turns Day inside out. He then hits a doctor bomb for the pinfall.
Winner: Erick Stevens

We then hear comments from Tyler Black who says he always has to watch out for Nigel always trying to interfere in his matches but that he's glad that Jerry Lynn has taken him under his wings. They annouce for next week Tyler Black and Jerry Lynn vs Rhett Titus and Kenny King. Comments now with Bryan Danielson about the main event tonight. He puts over all the competitors in tonight's match.

Jimmy Rave vs Necro Butcher
Necro comes out already nailing himself in the head with a chair. He then gets shoved off the apron to the outside. Necro hits some loud chops and then throws Rave into the crowd. He then picks up a guardrail and nails Rave with it. He then crotches Rave on the guardrail. Necro sets the guardrail up between the ring and other guardrail. He tries to razor's edge Rave onto it but Rave slips off. Ernie then gets in the ring with the ref distracted and puts Necro's foot on a chair and goes to the top rope to hit a front flip splash on the chair and Necro's foot. That was sick. Rave then locks in a heel hook but Necro grabs the ropes. Rave charges Necro but ends up getting flipped to the outside landing on that guardrail. Eddie tries to interfere again this time with a staple gun but Necro turns it and staple guns him. Ouch. Bison Smith then charges into the ring and there's the DQ. The locker room comes out to break up the fight between Necro and Bison.
Winner by DQ: Necro Butcher

They annouce the main event for next week which will be the first steel cage match on HDnet and it will be between Clausio Castagnoli vs Brent Albright.

Main Event Six Man Tag
American Wolves and Chris Hero vs Bryan Danielson,Roderick Strong and Kenta
Hero and Danielson to start. Nice display of technical wrestling to start by both. Tag to Strong and Edwards. Strong with a flying crossbody and a kick to the face. He then tags in Kenta. They all triple team Edwards in the corner with chops and kicks. Kenta hits his own flying kick to the face for a two count. Tag in to Danielson who hits some european uppercuts but Edwards gets the tag to Richards. Richards nails a kick to the back and then fails at an armbar. Danielson nails some kicks to the chest and then a jawbreaker. Blind tag by Edwards who nails a kick to the head. Edwards hits a superkick and then tries to hit a lionsault but Danielson gets his knees up.
Danielson then attempts a triangle choke but Edwards stands up and Richards drags him into a codebreaker. Tag to Hero. Hero with some chops and tags in Richards who works the leg of Danielson. Danielson thrown to the outside and then thrown into the guardrail twice. Back in the ring Danielson reverses a german suplex and tags in Kenta who cleans house. Kenta with a sit out powerbowb for a nearfall. Hero tags in and nails a splash and a hard elbow to the face followed by another for a nearfall. Kenta makes the hot tag to Strong who hits a dropkick for a nearfall. He then nails a suplex for a another two count. Wolves double team Strong for a nearfall. Edwards flying knee gets a two count. Boston crab locked in by Strong but reversed into a nearfall. This is awesome chant from the crowd and i totally agree. Strong hits a gibson driver for the pinfall. Wow must see match.
