Former WWE Head Of Security, Jimmy Noonan, was welcomed back to The Monday Night Mayhem Radio Network by The Big Mosh, Blade, & "The Chairman Of The Board" Todd Vincent. The biggest news within the wrestling world is that of the resignation of Shane McMahon from World Wrestling Entertaiment (effective January 1, 2010). No one really knows why he made this decision, and rumors are indeed swirling regarding his reasons & what lies ahead for "Shane-O-Mac." What better man to discuss this newsworthy topic than someone who was deep in the company for many years...someone like Jimmy Noonan. "The difference with Shane from the rest of the family is first of all, Shane is fearless. He's got a lot of entrepreneur in him, and watch this name...Dana White (UFC President) in him. But the thing about Shane is that Shane has street smarts. No one else in the family has the street smarts that Shane McMahon has." He went onto state that it was assumed that Shane would run the company some day. "Everything you read on the Internet in the last 20 years stated that Shane would eventually run the WWE. In the last five-to-six years, it became obvious that Shane was not going to run the company. Once Vince is gone, a girl named Stephanie & her husband Triple H were going to run the company." What does Jimmy think Shane will end up doing in 2010 & beyond? "I could see him going into the movies, I could see him starting another fed & going against the family. Maybe he will buy TNA, even though I don't see that happening but you never know. You're talking about a powerful kid who will be successful in anything he does." Todd Vincent went on to say that this could be the biggest story in the last eight years (since the WWE bought World Championship Wrestling & the "Invasion" storyline/angle that followed), and responded to some of the speculation that Shane was reportedly angry at the way the company was being run. Jimmy followed up "The Chairman Of The Board" by giving some of his own personal feelings on the McMahons & how the talent over the years have embraced Shane more than his sister: "Shane is loved by everyone in the WWE. He just has a way about him. Everybody is terrified of Stephanie, that's not to say they don't like her. Stephanie, in a lot of ways, has more power in the business than Vince." Even more is contained in the latest installment of "Noonan Speaks," including Jimmy's comparison of the McMahon family to the Kennedys. Mark your calendars Mayhem Nation...as Jimmy returns to the program November 9th to make some more noise, as The Mayhem's "Fall Tour '09" continues! In the meanwhile, be sure to submit your questions & comments for Jimmy to the MNM/Sizzlin' Sauces inbox (located at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ), in addition to The Mayhem's official MySpace & Facebook pages (www.MySpace.com/MondayNightMayhem & www.Facebook.com/MondayNightMayhem). Jimmy would love to hear some suggestions for future editions of "Noonan Speaks," including which of your favorite WWE superstars & divas you would like for him to discuss his fondest memories of, as well as his best stories working with throughout his career in World Wrestling Entertainment. Log on to Jimmy's official Facebook & MySpace pages (located respectively at www.Facebook.com/JimmyNoonan & www.MySpace.com/JimmyNoonan), and interact with the newest member of "Your Home Of Wrestling Radio." |
