1. A VERY YOUNG SHANE DOUGLAS VS A VERY NON BLOND DINO BRAVO Match starts with Douglas going for a headlock and getting shoved right off. Then came shoot off a tackle,leapfrog and the worst headlock takeover ever by douglas (Bravo's fault). During the headlock wwe flashes WWE FLASHBACKS THIS DAY IN HISTORY with Mike Tyson getting arrested for rape, Serial Killer Jefferey Dahlmer gets arrested in Wisconsin and Pee Wee Herman gets arrested for exposing himself. WTF???!!!! and they want a PG show? Douglas hits a crossbody off the ropes for a 2 count and goes back to the headlock. Dino cuts him off with an inverted atomic drop out of the corner. Heat starts with a very unsafe looking gutwrench supeplex with douglas landing on his side rather then his back. Minor heat with elbowdrop and chinlock. Douglas hits sunset flip for a false and God Damn this ref counts slow. Dino misses two elbows and Douglas gets his comeback which was 3 dropkicks in a row and a mount of punches. Bravo then reverses Douglas' whip for his finishing sidewalk slam for the very slow 1-2-3 WINNER VIA SIDEWALK SLAM PINFALL DINO BRAVO 2. PAUL ROMA VS RICKY "THE DRAGON" STEAMBOAT Big pop for the fire spitting but man that dragon outfit was lame. Pearl harbor attack from roma with right hands followed by a body slam. Dragon backdrops him over the top but roma quickly slides into ring running under a leap frog and taking the best in business armdrag from the dragon. dragon works the arm for a while going back into running spots leading back to the armdrag and armbar. Roma hits an atomic drop out of the corner that didn't seem to faze dragon but dragon turns right into a great clothesline by Roma. Roma works over the back with forearms a bodyslam and a nice high elbowdrop. Hits axehandle off the top followed by a picture perfect dropkick. I know people bash roma all the time but he was a good worker just not horsemen material :) Dragon rolls to the outside selling where roma smashes his back into the ring apron "That's a great amateur move" The brain says. Man he was great on commentary. Roma hits a supeplex from the outside in and gets 2 count. Dragon fires back with chops,shoots roma to buckle,roma up and over into a atomic drop followed by chops and a big clothesline taking roma down. Dragon hits the big chop off the top but then meets roma's knees going for a splash. Roma shoots and misses a charge into the buckle leading to the Dragon hitting his flying crossbody off the top for the pinfall WINNER VIA FLYING CROSSBODY BLOCK OFF THE TOP THE DRAGON 3.THE BERZERKER VS JIMMY SNUKA This is going to be a killer. Christ Snuka was super jacked!! Nord hits a tackle and snuka does leapfrog with Nord avoiding the snuka chop Same spot again with snuka ducking the berzerker boot. Snuka comes off the ropes again and a mad fuck up with Nord throwing a left arm clothesline and snuka selling even tho he wasnt hit. Really bad. Snuka hits a jumping head butt and Nord takes a great bump over the top rope to the floor. Nord gets back in and snuka hits him with some weak kicks to the side and the final kick makes him do the splits to a pop. Nord puts boot up at charging snuka in the corner for the heat. Nord hits weakest looking knee to gut and at this point both guys look to be blown to bits. Snuka sells to floor where he gets met by a cane shot by Mr Fuji. Nord ties snuka into the ropes a la andre the giant and comes off the ropes with a boot to the chest. On the second he crotches himself and snuka bounces him up and down crotch first on the ropes.Snuka hits a couple headbutts and then gets caught with a stun gun by the berzerker for the clean SLOW pinfall WINNER VIA STUN GUN THE BERZERKER 4.BRUTUS BEEFCAKE INTERVIEWS THE MACHO MAN This was a build up for summerslam which was the next month in MSG. Brutus sported a crazy fn mullet man. Pretty lame segment with beefcake asking him if him and liz were an item,if they were in a relationship,and if he loves her. Y not just ask if he's plowing her. Macho says yes and he wants to marry her at summerslam in MSG. AWWWWWWWWWWWWW 5. NASTY BOYS VS THE HART FOUNDATION Anvil starts with knobs and ends up giving both nastys shoudlerblocks knocking them to the floor. Both try to double team anvil (That sounded really bad) and he ends up giving them a double line.Bret shines on Knobs with an elbow off the ropes,a slam and a legdrop (Good thing Hulk wasn't on the show). Bret tries catching sags in the air going for a leapfrog into an atomic drop but sags doesn't get high enough but bret without missing a beat lays em down and gut shots em with his boot. HArts double team sags which was weird cause they were choking and joey marella was staring right at them. This makes the finish make less sense. Heat on the anvil after sags hits him with jimmy's helmet. Heat consisted of 3 chinlocks HA. Anvil hits a line on knobs and makes the hot to Bret. Ill let u call the comeback Gut shot,legsweep,elbow off the middle ropes. Sags misses an elbow and hits knobs. They hit the hart attack to a huge pop. Ref is distracted and hitman uses helmet on both nastys and ref rings the bell. WINNERS VIA DQ THE NASTY BOYS EVEN THOUGH REF DIDN'T SEE BRET USE THE HELMET 6.WARLORD V GREG VALENTINE- Man this was really bad. Dead crowd and 2 guys who didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Hammer catches warlords boot early and trips him. Hits three clotheslines and an elbow to the head to finally get warlord down. Greg goes for figure four and gets a massive fail. Warlord rams him into post back first and uses a LOOOOOOOOOONG bear hug for the heat. Warlord misses fist off the rope and Valentine gets same comeback he got in his shine. 3 clothes and a elbow for warlord to bump then misses a charge into the buckle and warlord pins em with......A BODYSLAM. U read that right. was supposed to be a powerslam....I think WINNER VIA BODYSLAM THE WARLORD 7.. THE EARTHQUAKE W/JIMMY HART VS JAKE ROBERTS W/ ANDRE THE GIANT ANDRE CUTS A PROMO THATS REALLY HARD TO UNDERSTAND BUT THE LAST PART HE TELLS QUAKE HE ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE FOR A LONG LONG TIME. (THIS COMING OFF THE ANGLE WHERE QUAKE ATTACKED HIS KNEE TRYING TO END HIS CAREER) JAKE UNLOADS EARLY ON QUAKE BUMPING HIM WITH A KNEELIFT.QUAKE ROLLS OUT AND SELLS ANDRE BEING THERE. ROLLS IN AND GETS A SHORT ARM CLOTHES LINE FOR ANOTHER BUMP. (WEIRD SEEING QUAKE TAKE 2 BIG BUMPS HERE FOR JAKE WHEN WARLORD COULDN'T TAKE 1 UNLESS GETTING HIT BY 10 ELBOWS/CLOTHESLINES) QUAKE HITS AN INVERTED ATOMIC DROP. MAN ALOT OF HEATS STARTED WITH THE DREADED ATOMIC DROP ON THIS SHOW. QUAKE GIVES JAKE 2 HARD BUCKLES. JAKE FIGHTS BACK AND GOES FOR ANOTHER KNEELIFT AND MISSES TAKING A BACK BUMP NEAR THE CORNER. QUAKE GOES FOR THE BIG QUAKE SPLASH BUT ANDRE THREATENS TO HIT EM WITH HIS CRUTCH AND DISTRACTS QUAKE. QUAKE TURNS RIGHT INTO THE DDT FOR A HUGE POP. THEY BOTH STAY DOWN WHICH SEEMS LIKE 3 DAYS AND JAKE GETS THE CLEAN PINFALL!! WINNER VIA DDT PINFALL JAKE THE SNAKE ROBERTS 8. BARBARIAN/HAKU VS KATO/MR. FUJI HEENAN ON COMMENTARY MAKES FUN OF MR FUJI AND CALLS HIM EGG ROLL. MATCH WAS PRETTY BAD WITH KATO TAKING MOST OF THE MATCH ON HAKU. HAKU THROWN TO THE FLOOR WHERE FUJI HITS HEENAN WITH A BIG CHOP TO A HUGE POP. KATO HITS A FLYING ELBOW ON HAKU AND RUNS TOWARDS HEENAN WHO GRABS HIS LEG. HAKU HITS ELBOWDROP FOR THE PINFALL. HEENAN AND FUJI TRY TO GO AFTER EACHOTHER AFTER THE MATCH WINNER VIA ELBOWDROP PINFALL HAKU AND BARBARIAN 9.UNDERTAKER V THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR BODYBAG MATCH HUGE POP FOR THE WARRIOR AND THEY GO RIGHT AT IT. WARRIOR SLAMS TAKER INTO THE STEPS AND THE POST. TAKER CUTS WARRIOR OFF WITH A CLOTHESLINE AND THEN HITS THE TAKER FLYING CLOTHESLINE. WARRIOR FIRES BACK AND HITS 3 PILEDRIVERS ON THE TAKER WHO DOESNT SELL THE FIRST 2 BUT AS WARRIOR GOES FOR THE BIG SPLASH AFTER THE 3RD TAKER THRUST CHOPS HIM ON THE WAY DOWN. TAKER HITS THE TOMBSTONE AND GETS HIM IN THE BODYBAG BUT WARRIOR FIRES UP OUT OF IT AND HITS TAKER WITH THE URN AFTER 3 CLOTHES LINES AND A SHOT TO PAUL BEARER. WARRIOR GETS HIM IN THE BODYBAG AND WINS THE MATCH A VERY SURPRISINGLY GOOD MATCH |
