We're looking for further reports from Friday night's ROH show in Novi, MI (Austin Aries vs. Davey Richards for the title) and last night's show in Mississauga, ONT (Aries vs. Kenny Omega) to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

We're also looking for reports from the Raw show in Lyon, France (two shows), Smackdown in Hamburg, Germany, and Smackdown in Belfast, Northern Ireland, plus TNA in Wayne, NJ Friday night and Scranton, PA last night.

-- Line-up for tonight's TNA PPV:

1. AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Daniels for the World Title. AJ's had the worst title reign in a long time so I figure he's winning this one. This is a rematch of the best match in company history, and it'll be tough for them to come close to that level a second time, but this still should be awesome.
2. Kurt Angle vs. Desmond Wolfe. Should be a really good match as well.
3. Bobby Lashley vs. Scott Steiner. If it's kept short, this could be fun. One would guess some sort of angle will take place involving Krystal. God forbid she turns on her husband.
4. Motor City Machine Guns vs. The British Invasion vs. Beer Money Inc. for the Tag Titles. Also should be a good match.
5. Tara vs. Awesome Kong in a cage match because, well, because a cage match sounded like a good idea. For some reason I don't have high hopes for this one, but I don't expect it to be awful.
6. Red vs. Homicide. I think this is for the X-title but everything is a blur after Impact last week.
7. ODB and Taylor Wilde and Sarita vs. The Beautiful People. Pretty sure the gimmick here is that the winning team gets all the belts. I hope the babyfaces win so they can try to figure out how to divvy them up, and then get in a huge fight over it that involves a lot of screaming. If this isn't the worst match on the show then someone else somewhere screwed something up bad.
8. Team 3D & Rhino vs. Matt Morgan, Hernandez and D'Angelo Dinero. Should be a fun match.

On paper, looks to be a pretty damn good show provided they don't overbook stuff. In fact, if everything delivers this could be the best PPV in a long time.

Dave and I will be up late tonight with a weekend edition of Wrestling Observer Radio covering this show, last night's UFC, and more on the Brock Lesnar and Shane McMahon stories from yesterday.

-- Nothing new on yesterday's major UFC news. Brock Lesnar is out indefinitely with mono and another illness that he doesn't want out. Two things to note to ease some fears: One, whatever he has is not said to be life-threatening, although there is a possibility it could be career-threatening, or at least derail him for a long, long time. And second, whatever he has besides mono may not be as bad as people are speculating, because although he doesn't want it out what he has, he also didn't want it out that he had mono. In fact, he'd have preferred Dana never said anything about him being sick at all, but Dana I guess felt it was important to be honest with the fans about what was going on. We'll have more tonight.

-- Shane McMahon also met with UFC in the last week. There was also another important name that met with them and we'll discuss that tonight as well.

-- Antonio Nogueira is out of UFC 108 with a severe staph infection. It's bad, but he's on antibiotics right now and will probably be cornering his brother at UFC 106 this coming weekend.

-- Not confirmed, but according to one source Sean Mooney has been hired by WWE.

-- Jim Ross has a new blog up here with info on his health, including news that he probably won't be ready for TV for another three or four months. Going to be a long winter. He also notes that Sean Mooney's return does not spell his doom, which based on history is a safe bet. For whatever it's worth, Mooney's signing was not to be a replacement for Ross, as Vince is down on pretty much all three announcing teams right now.

-- Tomorrow's Raw in Madison Square Garden with Roddy Piper as guest host is sold out.

-- Joe was at the ROH show last night and noted that Tyler Black's boot had the word "EVOLVE" written on it.

-- Paul writes: Not sure if you're aware but Sargent Slaughter was at the NASCAR race from Phoenix and was shown on ABC TV shaking hands with the drivers.

-- Steve writes: Spike TV show MuscleCar is building a car for Dana White, and White will be on the episode airing this Saturday and Sunday at 12:30PM. Dana crashed his Ferrari recently, so either Spike is being very nice to him or they are completely unaware of his driving record.

-- Steve writes: The DIY Network has a show called Disaster House, Where they have unusual things happen to a house, like driving a car through a wall or dropping a piano through the roof, and then show how to repair the damage. A recent episode had some luchadores wrestling in the living room; they smashed a wooden chair, a framed picture, the fireplace glass, and one of them was thrown through the kitchen door. The only thing they could repair was the kitchen door, installing a new prehung door. The rest of the episode was repairing the damage from a demolition derby held in the backyard, which will come in handy when it's time for me to sell my house and I have to tear up the RC car track in my backyard (yes, I have an RC race track in my backyard; beat that Vinny, with your little Godzilla figures)...

-- James writes: There is an article in the Saturday`s Sydney Morning Herald newspaper in Australia on New Zealand MMA female fighter Tash Chambers. Chambers will fight Kate Aroa on Sunday in the first female MMA match in New Zealand.

-- Matt writes: Just e-mailing in a fun story that I just realized... surfing one of the local indy message boards up here, I see TNA's coming to my lovely town of Danbury, CT on January 10th. I hadn't even heard about this, and I'm pretty on top of my local scene. Hopped on the TNA website and not only is it in town, it's at the university I both attend classes and work at. Tickets are on sale Friday. There is not one flyer that's hit the campus yet advertising this. I thought the stories of the infamous Kent, WA show may have been somewhat of an isolated incident but holy shit, they really do not even try for these house shows. I'll be sure to make frequent updates on this and let you know if this changes at all. Also, TNA is doing a house show at a university when the school is on winter break and there will be no students on campus. How stupid is this company?
