--For last week on cable, Fox News beat out USA for No. 1, with both doing a 2.4 prime time average.  Syfy was No. 19 at 0.9 and Spike was No. 23 at 0.7.  The two hours of Raw last week fell to No. 11 and No. 15.  In 18-34, they were No. 7 and No. 10 and 18-49 they were No. 4 and No. 5.

--Joe Lieberman, who at one time was an officer in the PTC, a staunch WWF enemy a decade ago, talks about supporting Linda McMahon for Senate, because the McMahons had donated money to his election campaigns in the past.  Story is at http://washingtonindependent.com/74733/lieberman-for-linda-mcmahon  Lieberman is an independent who is talking about joining the Republican party.  Lieberman noted that Richard Blumenthal, the Democratic foe McMahon would face if she won her primary, had supported Ned Lamont against Lieberman in a 2006 election.

--Vince Russo claimed he pulled Awesome Kong off Bubba the Love Sponge.  He also bragged about doing three straight 1.3 ratings with only 16 minutes of wrestling on the last show.  Can you imagine five years ago if a TV show had Hogan, Flair and Kurt Angle on it and someone bragged about it doing a 1.3 rating?  "How can something so trivial mean so much to somebody that they would actually sit there and count how many minutes of fake wrestling were on a fake wrestling show in the course of two hours.  That just put everything in perspective for me."  He also said that Orlando Jordan carries himself like a star, which is rare in this business.
