Five Star Radio returns with a GIANT hour long preview of UFC 109: the battle of the old guys, who gasses first, who has better wrestling, and Coleman win?; wacky charisma v. no charisma, Sonnen v. Nate; an odd rant about Thiago and Swick that was uncalled for and filled with hate and WHY ON EARTH IS SERRA-TRIGG NOT BEING ADVERTISED!!!!!!!!!; plus, Damien Maia, ANOTHER hate-filled rant about Rolles Gracie not being shown, which two fighters have no business being in the UFC anymore?; and a bunch of other stuff. It's a good preview. We hope. Plus, we recap Strikeforce: putting Walker and Lashley into perspective, Conan v. Cyborg, Diaz is great, and the knockout of the year! It's Groundhog Day, so we hope this is a good one in case we have to do it again and again and again.
