Sandy Scott passes away PDF Print E-mail

Sandy Scott (Angus Scott), who was part of the tag team The Flying Scott Brothers, and later remained for years as a promoter and agent with Jim Crockett Promotions, briefly for World Championship Wrestling and later Smoky Mountain Wrestling, passed away this morning at the age of 75.

Scott had been suffering from pancreatic  cancer for some time and had taken a turn for the worst several days ago.

The Scott Brothers started teaming in 1954, and were regular partners through the early 70s when both phased out of wrestling and began working in the front office.  The two had a falling out and didn't speak for years.
