    TNA Impact Begins…NOW!

-We get a video recap of last week’s show.

-Leticia is with Team Cage. Tomko and Cage said it was a big joke, and they left Team Angle lying. Cage takes credit for the idea, but it was actually Tomko’s. Tomko wants to know who’s idea it was for him to face Rhino. Mitchell then asks about Abyss’ title shot, AJ and Steiner then ask about their shots. IT IS PANDALEIRIUM~! Yes, I meant to say it like that.

-Tenay and West welcome us to the show and run down what we’ll see tonight.

-Bob Backlund is here, still doing the Harvard Step Test.

8-Mile Street Fight: Rhino vs. Tomko

We have some construction stuff in the ring, because 8-Mile Road is always under construction. Rhino charges backstage and finds Tomko and the match begins. Rhino slams him to a wall, Tomko rakes the eyes and slams Rhino into the steel railing. They are “backing the arena” and brawl. Tomko slams Rhino to a wall and breaks it. Big rights by Tomko now, and they brawl into the stands. Some kids look freaked out about it and they…brawl more. Rhino fights back as they go up the bleachers. Tomko knocks Rhino down and back to level they go. Tomko gets a chair and nails Rhino as we head to a commercial @ 2:30.

Back from commercial @ 6:00 as Tomko hits Rhino with a trashcan. Off the ropes and Tomko slams into a trashcan in the corner. Rhino sets up a table in the corner, rights to Tomko and they exchange rights. Rhino picks up Tomko and drives him through the table. Abyss is out now and has a chair, misses Rhino and hits Tomko! Rhino tosses Abyss to the floor…GORE, GORE, GORE to Tomko! 1…2…3.

Winner: Rhino @ 7:38 via pin

-Abyss is back after the match and beats down Rhino. Chokeslam by Abyss and Angle is out. They battle and Angle with uppercuts and Joe is here as well. CHOKE on Abyss! Cage and AJ, along with Steiner hit the ring and beats down Team Angle. AJ gets a spiral tap onto Rhino. Black hole slam to Joe. Steiner recliner on Angle. Team Cage stands strong.

-Back in Cornette’s office and a bunch of people are there. Cornette gets pissed. He says he will answer them during the meeting tonight, and everyone will know where they stand, no w get the hell out of his office. Gail Kim flies in and starts to kick the shit out of Jackie.

-Back from commercial with a preview of the new AJ DVD.

-Team Cage celebrates. They say they have already won Lockdown. Cage says he knows a good club and they should go and party. Everyone except Abyss. Abyss has to learn to be a real team player. He tells him to clean up the mess.

-Hemme is out there, and Hoyt takes her to the back.

    NON-TITLE MATCH: VKM w/Hoyt vs. LAX © w/Konnan

Hernandez and BG to begin. Hernandez takes him down and off the ropes, jabs by BG, dance and Cide nails him and Hernandez tosses him overhead. Cide up top and a slam and top rope elbow by Cide, that gets 2. Rights by Cide, tag to Hernandez, corner clothesline to BG and then one by Hernandez. A cover for 2 by Hernandez. Hernandez puts BG over the top rope and Cide comes off with an elbow and Hernandez slams him down for 2. Irish whip and a big boot by BG. Tag to Kip. He cleans house on LAX. Off the ropes and a back elbow to Hernandez for 2. Tosses Cide to the floor and BG in, Machete trips up Kip and the LATINO NATION hits the ring for a DQ.

Winners: VKM @ 2:40 via DQ

-3D hits the ring and clears it out. Cide thinks better of charging in and backs off. Ray on the mic, he accepts their challenge for Lockdown. Electrified Steel Cage Match for the NWA Tag Titles. When Lockdown is over, they will have the NWA Tag Titles and will fulfill their legacy and send LAX back to Tijuana so they can sell their mom’s for 10 Pecos.

-JB is with Team Angle. Joe is pissed and says Angle would deliver Cage and his people. He said Angle would build a team and they got beat down 5 to 3. Angle said Sting and Abyss were to be on the team, but Sting won’t return his calls. Rhino asks who the other man is. Angle says when he is ready to tell them he will. They say he will tell them now and they all leave.

-Back from commercial with Paparazzi time. Lethal is with Nash and Nash has an outfit for him because he is in an Xcape match at Lockdown. He gave DUTT AN OZ CAPE~! Dutt says people will laugh at him, but Nash said he worked two whole matches in that gimmick and made good money.

-JB is with Angle. He says when he is ready, he will let us know who his team is. Next week, there will be 5…there will be 5.

SUBMISSION MATCH: Senshi vs. THE Austin Starr

Knees by Starr to begin. They will face at Lockdown with Backlund as the ref. Some counters and a dropkick by Senshi. A slam and Muta Like elbow to Starr. Senshi tries a chicken wing, Starr escapes and Senshi gets an atomic drop. Tries the chicken wing but Starr tosses him to the floor. SUICIDE DIVE by Starr! Starr slams Senshi to the apron as we head to a commercial @ 1:30.

Back from commercial @ 5:20 with Starr locking in an inverted STF, more like a chinlock, but the same idea. Senshi escapes, and off the ropes and chops by Senshi. Off the ropes and a clothesline by Senshi. Kicks to Starr, off the ropes with an enziguri and Senshi gets the dragon sleeper. Starr escapes and gets a charging dropkick to Senshi. Sets Senshi up top…follows and tries the superplex, Senshi counters and tosses Starr off. WARRIORS WAY misses, and Starr clips the leg. Flair knee buster and yells at Backlund. Single leg crabby Starr applied, and Backlund tosses in the towel.

Winner: THE Austin Starr @ 8:22 via towel thrown in

-Backlund checks on Senshi, and Starr tries to get a chicken wing, but Backlund escapes and Starr runs. Senshi sees the towel and is pissed at Backlund. They argue and Senshi leaves.

-Tenay and West talk, and Tenay had an interview with Sting. We get a video history of the Sting vs. Abyss feud and then go to that interview. We have ominous music in the background as well. Sting says he apologizes to “Chris.” He had no idea it would turn out this way. He thought he would help him and set him free, not further imprison him. He was on top of the world and now it is all falling apart. This is not how he wanted to go out after two decades. He has to go home and look at his family and himself, and know he failed.

-Back from commercial with a promo for the Lockdown PPV and the Lethal Lockdown Match specifically.

    Cornette’s Town Hall Meeting

Cornette is ready for his meeting. People want to know about Lockdown so he will clarify. Here are the matches:

-X-Title Xcape match: Sabin © vs. Dutt vs. Lethal vs. Shelley vs. Sharky

    -Robert Roode vs. Petey Williams

    -Jerry Lynn vs. Christopher Daniels

-Senshi vs. Starr w/Backlund as Referee

    -Blindfold Match: Storm vs. Harris

    -Gail Kim vs. Miss Jackie

-Electrified Cage NWA Tag Title Match: Team 3D vs. LAX ©

-Lethal Lockdown: Team Cage vs. Team Angle

Cornette says he is doubting Team Angle, so please find you men by next week’s show. Next week, one from each team will face one on one and the winners get the advantage of entrance in the Lockdown match. Cage isn’t happy about this and isn’t happy to be here because they were about to celebrate. He say she has 5, and they have 3. Team Cage will not be held responsible for what happens to Team Angle. Cornette tells him to shut the hell up. Cornette say she knows better and the only reason he has a team is because he promised title shots that he cannot deliver on. Only Cornette can. At the Lethal Lockdown match, the man that gets the pin or submission in the match gets the NEXT title shot at Sacrifice! Cage blows a gasket and then says Team Angle might not make it.

    LIGHTS OUT.

Sting is here with the bat and attacks Team Cage. Team Angle hits the ring and they clear it out and stand tall.

-We get the closing wrap up video do hickey.
