WWE's quarterly report came out Thursday and it was a mixed bag. Profits were down eight percent to $8.5 million as compared to $9.2 million last year. There were a number of issues related to the death of Chris Benoit that hurt the company, plus there weren't any major DVDs that came out during the period. Stock ended up down 37 cents today. WWE, however, was very bullish about the future, particularly international. They're coming off a huge tour, one of the biggest in history. They also recorded profit from the Marine for the first time. We'll have tons more in next week's new Figure Four Weekly. Suffice to say, even in a down period, they're nowhere close to losing money in even one quarter barring some sort of huge catastrophe.

ROH has a major weekend which includes an appearance by Mitsuhara Misawa defending the GHC Heavyweight Title. Full line-ups for both shows courtesy Dr. Keith:

WrestleMania tickets on sale at 10 AM Saturday. Don't stand in line if you want good seats. Go online. It's 2007.

Raw did a 3.5 this week. ECW was up to a 1.6. MONSTER MASH.

Vladimir Matyushenko re-signed with IFL.

Brooke from ECW was released. Bullshit. TNA then responded by axing Leticia. Actually, it wasn't in response to that, but it makes for a good story.

In the big CSAC meeting yesterday, Phil Baroni had his one-year suspension cut in half. He tested positive for steroids following his loss to Frank Shamrock earlier this year. No idea what the justification was for that except that they'd done most absurd things with boxers of late. Also, due to a paperwork mess-up by the CSAC, Sean Sherk's hearing has been postponed until November 13th.

Fox Sports World Canada will be broadcasting Saturday's IFL World Grand Prix live this Saturday from 9-11 EST. The first hour will be shown on MyNetworkTV from 9-10 PM EST.

In case you've missed it, we've put up one version of all of our weekly radios shows for FREE this week. They're all new episodes, so check them out if you get a chance, and if you like them please consider signing up for more. Thanks to everyone for your support!

No real surprise, but Polaroid announced that they would not be renewing their sponsorship on Nick Hogan's drift car.

JBL has been hired as a regular correspondent on Fox Business Channel and will appear nearly every day. It will not affect any of his WWE work.

I will be a guest on Fight Network Radio Friday. More info up at thefightnetwork.com. Show airs at noon Pacific, 3:00 PM EST. You can also listen live on Sirius channel 186.

I believe our Friday Figure Four Daily guest will be CUBSFAN~!, who we haven't had on in a long time, talking lucha libre. Also, the weekend Bryan & Vinny Show will be taped Saturday night as opposed to Friday as usual.

Arena Mexico will be closed all of December, so CMLL will be running over a dozen shows at Arena Mexico that month.

Still no tickets on sale for TNA in Monterrey in December.

Best wishes to Marty Jannetty, whose mother has been very ill.

Also best wishes to Mike Mooneyham, whose father passed away.

The new, nearly 28,000-word Figure Four Weekly newsletter is up right now for members. The weekly newsletter, the online version of which members can read free every Tuesday (we also have a hardcopy available for a few dollars more per month), has been covering all the news in the world of pro-wrestling and MMA since 1995. It is by far the biggest weekly newsletter available on the Internet (probably on any subject), and we go into far more depth on every story than any other news source you will find anywhere online. Each newsletter also includes full reviews of every major TV show including Raw, Smackdown, TNA, ECW, and Ultimate Fighter. Of course, as a member you also get full access to ALL new and archived radio shows dating back to 2005, plus all the new and archived (320-plus issues) Figure Four Weekly newsletters dating back to 2001. To sign up, please click here, or PayPal users can use the Quick Buy link at the top of this page to be online within 60 seconds. Rates start at just $7.99 per month (27 cents a DAY), so it's a steal. Thanks for your support!

Our latest FREE radio show, the October 30 Bryan & Vinny Show, can be downloaded here.

My newest Fight Network column is here with a look at Cyber Sunday and another nutty version of Impact (and that's being nice about it). If you like the columns, they're about 1/25th the length of each issue of Figure Four Weekly, and we've got 300 back issues archived from 2002-today, all available 24/7 with an online membership to this site. See below for more info and ordering details.

Thanks to the Great Estilo Latino for our new banner, and ICHIBAN~! for the DethTour idea. For information on the November 15th Louisville match with Ted McNaylor, click here. For info on Reading, PA and the Philadelphia match with Larry Sweeney, click here. Newark will be UFC 78.
