WWE has now posted both his comment from the CNN special and the a full two-and-a-half minute unedited clip. At the very beginning, when asked if he's ever taken steroids in his life, he replies "absolutely not". The comment about not being able to say he hasn't but nobody being able to prove he has comes about halfway in. I think I understand what he's trying to say, but boy, he sure could have phrased it better.
