By Dustin P.

Mitch Ryder was the guest on the In Your Head Show hosted by Jack, One Inch Biceps and Barbie Richards at http://www.inyourheadonline.com

This week the In Your Head Crew were joined by “The Last Patriot” Mitch Ryder.

Mitch represents “everything that is good” about the United States and since people boo him, he must be “The Last Patriot” in the US.

“If you get down there in the deep south, in the swamp lands of Louisiana and Alabama, the love to see you beat up on a Mexican.” Words to live by, from Mister Ryder.

Mitch isn’t a fan of the Luchador style claiming there is no “art, style, or charisma” to it.

Mitch predicts that the old school style of wrestling will return to form.

There is a Best of Chikara DVD out now, available at www.bigvisionentertainment.com

Mitch calls Chikara his favorite wrestling company in the world, citing their eclectic style and unpredictability as reasons why. Mitch also points out the range of styles and wrestlers in Chikara.

Mitch will teaming with “Sweet And Sour” Larry Sweeney and Shane Hawk in the upcoming Chikara King of Trios tournament.

Mitch is “saddened “ that Robbie Ellis won’t be apart of his team, but believes Shane Hawk will do anything it takes to get the job done, calling him a “great asset” to the team.

Mitch enjoys “tattooing them Mexicans” with his fist.

If Mitch HAD to pick a favorite Mexican promotion it’d be AAA.

Mitch and Larry Sweeney stand out because they are “better looking” than anyone else and they back up what they say.

Mitch credits Bill Dundee, Eddie Gilbert, Tracy Smothers, and George Weingroff for being influential in the beginning of his career.

Mitch’s mother can apparently “knock your teeth down your throat.”

Mitch worked for WCW in the early nineties. [wrestling Mick Foley, Rick Rude, and others]

Mitch enjoys breaking in younger wrestlers.

Jim Beam is the drink of choice for Mitch Ryder.

Mitch Ryder does not “practice talking”

Mitch will be participating in The Legends of the Louisville Gardens, a legends show, March 4th at the National Guard Armory in New Albany Indiana. [wrestlers expected to appear: Bill Dundee, Doug Gilbert, Ricky Morton, Tracy Smothers, Bobby Eden, and the one night reunion of PG13]

Mitch calls Vince McMahon “the anti Christ” blaming him for the increase of sexual content in wrestling. Mitch considers bringing children to WWE events or exposing them to their product as “abuse.”
