- The Mike Adamle deal last night on ECW was obviously a work, and WWE has a story about it up at WWE.com. For those that have heard the rumors that this whole thing was a work from day one and that Adamle is not, in fact, incompetent, consider that when he worked for WMAQ-TV in Chicago they had a Mike Adamle blooper reel that they were constantly adding footage to.

- Vince McMahon demanded a full re-write of Raw this past weekend, so he's been in quite the mood lately. The wacky booking is likely to continue for the time being. Check out the Smackdown spoilers on the main page for more.

- WWE's booking is at least intriguing to some degree. The TNA booking just boggles the mind as always. Impact spoilers are up here. I don't even know if I can watch that program, I may commit a crime.

- Raw was up to a 3.3 this week, which is around a 3.54 with DVR's counted.

- DREAM is so fucked. Even though Shinya Aoki beat JZ Calvan in their rematch Monday to win a spot in the lightweight tournament, he ended up suffering an injury and cannot continue. So Calvan replaces him. Next round is just two weeks away, on May 11.

- Sunday's Wrestling Observer Live is available for download here. Thanks as always to Cutrer on our BOARD, who oversees a huge archive of shows dating all the way back to 1999, including pretty much every episode from the past two or three years.
