- We will have a Nick Hogan update in a few hours. They are in court as of the time I'm typing this. It strongly appears that he will be sentenced to one year in jail and up to five years of probation. The Graziano family completely buried him, though, and are asking the judge to give him five years in jail.

- In the "I Cannot Make This Up" Department, the IFL has announced that beginning on August 15th their fights will now take place within a SIX SIDED RING. No joke. This is seriously the best thing I've read all year long.

- TUF this week actually did a 1.01. The info we got from Spike said 1.1, but if you add up the quarters it comes out to 1.01.

- John Miele writes: The Book of ‘Bert’ is the new humor experience by pop-culture expert Jon Chattman and Rich Tarantino. Jon Chattman is owner and operator of the entertainment and humor site thecheappop.com. Chattman has regularly written on film and community news for various publications for nearly ten years—from weekly community newspapers to national publications like The New York Post and TV Guide. He’s covered everything from film premieres to festivals, and has interviewed a wide range of talent, from Al Gore to Alf. Throughout his career, he has received numerous promotions and acknowledgments including several writing awards from the New York Press Association (NYPA). Chattman has interviewed professional wrestling personalities for the last decade ranging from Randy Savage to Hulk Hogan and every superstar in between for weekly newspapers and magazines in the New York City suburbs. The Book of ‘Bert’ is a collection of celebrities and their mustaches! Some of the featured stars are Hulk Hogan, Sam Elliott, Tom Selleck and of course, Bert Reynolds. Also, ‘Bert’ features a foreword by pop music superstar John Oates who is also a featured celebrity in the book. Chattman will be signing copies of his book at Borders Book Store, 680 White Plains Road, Eastchester, New York on Saturday, May 10 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Visit www.thecheappop.com for an interview next week with Ring of Honor Wrestling Superstar, "Sweet 'n' Sour" Larry Sweeney that Jon recently conducted.
