Raw will be live from Kemper Arena in Kansas City on Monday night, and Smackdown/ECW will be taped on Tuesday in Des Moines.

Tonight's Judgment Day line-up:

*Big Show vs. Mark Henry - Should be kept short and Show is likely to go over unless they feel a need to extend the program just because with Show as a face, there are limited options.

*John Morrison & The Miz vs. Kane & C.M. Punk for the Smackdown tag titles - An interesting match. WWE's usual Even-Steven booking, based on Morrison & Miz winning on TV, tells you Kane & Punk should be the favorites. But that would mean Kane holds two titles, which they don't like to do (they can always win on PPV and lose back quickly on TV). This match should be okay, and has the chance to be good.

*Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix vs. Melina for the women's title - This one can go either way as far as James and Phoenix goes. Melina can lose the fall and cost James the belt without losing, or lose the fall and let James retain without hurting Phoenix. Or she can cost Phoenix on the finish as retribution for Monday's Raw

*Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho - Nothing has been said about it being an IC title match. On paper a good match, and can be a great match. Batista should figure into the finish and cost Michaels the match, but since that's the conclusion most people will come to, they will have the natural urge to change that around.

*John Cena vs. JBL - Winner gets a title shot upcoming. JBL hasn't looked good since his return. Cena always works hard and his matches always get over, but it's been a longtime since he wasn't in one of the top matches on a show. I don't anticipate JBL being cheered in Omaha but you never know. HHH vs. JBL is a new match, but HHH vs. John Cena is a much bigger match. Still, they can always do Cena vs. HHH, and to me, why waste it on a two-week build for a One Night Stand show that probably isn't' going to do well. I can see a DQ win for JBL, or something happening to screw Cena. The only thing is

--if Batista is going to be involved with Michaels, you don't want to do something similar here.

*Undertaker vs. Edge for the vacant Smackdown title. Neither way would surprise me. On paper, Edge makes the better champion because Edge chasing Undertaker's title isn't money and Smackdown has a limited amount of top guys. This would really be the night to make the mover with Umaga, but again, you're talking three different matches that would invite the outside interference, and you don't want to do it more than once. Unless it's TNA, and then you can do it with every match on PPV.

*HHH vs. Randy Orton in a cage match for the WWE title. They spent years getting the title back to HHH so I don't see changing it after three weeks, not that anything isn't possible.

As a show, this mostly likely will be better than most "B" shows. Michaels vs. Jericho will be good and may be great. HHH vs. Orton and Undertaker vs. Edge you can say the same about. Since most people seem to be happy if you get two real good matches out of a PPV, odds here are you're getting three.

We look at her view at how the real history of women's wrestling changed to benefit a few and her thoughts on it, as well as her childhood, and her view on pro wrestling growing up which was unique among most. We look at what legendary promoter talked her into trying pro wrestling, why he worked so hard to recruit someone into the industry that didn't seem to have an interest in it.

We look at the extremes Banner took taking kayfabe, the book on her life, her most famous tag team as well as life after wrestling and her sports exploits after wrestling.

We also have a look at what, at least from a talent standpoint, is easily the No. 2 MMA promotion in the world today with a look at Dream as the successor to Pride and Hero's. We look at the working agreement with Elite XC, how the show is similar to Pride and how it is different, as well as a lot of notes as to why MMA is not even the same sport or business in Japan that it is in the U.S.

We also look at the lightweight tournament and have match-by-match coverage of this past week's show, which was one of the best MMA events in a long time.

We also have a look at the Hogan family in disarray, with Nick being sentenced to jail time and how things have all unraveled. --For a history note yesterday regarding the Bruno Sammartino vs. Buddy Rogers rematch that never took place, according to Buddy Colt, who was working the territory at the time, Rogers told him there was a blow-up on the phone between Rogers and Vince Sr., and Rogers told Colt (then Ron reed) "That's it. I'll never work again." As for why, there is a lot of speculation, but I don't think we'll know the answer as Rogers passed away a long time ago. Perhaps Rogers figured on getting it back, and by that point Sammartino had established himself as a bigger draw than Rogers. Rogers never returned until the Rogers' Corner era in the early 80s, nearly 20 years later. (thanks to Crimson Mask)
