Non-Raw report from WWE in New Orleans |

Dark matches were Jim Duggan over Matt Stryker. Crowd was hyped for Hacksaw. The next match was Dibiase and Rhodes over London and D'Lo Brown (was this D-Lo's first match back?). Crowd was way into D-Lo, much more than I would have expected given how long he's been gone. Biggest pops were for Cena and Batista. I didn't hear any boos for Cena. I know some close friends who have seen Cena around while he was shooting the movie and heard nothing but praise about him. I assume TV ended with Kane going psycho on Cole and Lawler. After that Cena got up and praised New Orleans for the hospitality he was shown by the people. He said no city is as proud to call their city home like New Orleans. JBL came out and ran down the city and said the federal government still doesn't care about them (that got some serious heat) and ran down Reggie Bush (that didn't get the heat you'd expect, he'd have been better off badmouthing Drew Brees). They didn't have an official match, Cena just put the basic moves to him and left him laying. |
