Teddy Long told fans that they could vote for 1 - Falls Count Anywhere, 2 - Best 2-Out-Of-3 Falls, 3 - No DQ (biggest pop) for the Jeff/Edge match.

One of the Divas (may have been Maria) was in the upper deck with a family. They answered a trivia question (location of WM 24) correctly and moved to the front row.

Finlay (w/Hornswoggle) beat Carlito (w/ cornrows). Shockingly good match for the curtain jerk. Carlito's punches looked bad and he didn't look very motivated. Carlito went for the apple. Finlay knocked him on his arse and went for his gimmick, allowing Hornswaggle to hit the tadpole splash. Celtic Cross for the pin. Finlay went out of the ring and brought his kids in to dance.

Great Khali beat Evan Bourne. Bourne tried some offense to no avail. Khali won with the neck hanging tree slam. Good for what it was. No one knew who Bourne was. Khali got a pop coming out and cheers when he won. It was a waste of Bourne. Khali needs to be turned face. I think people recognize him from Get Smart.

Ken Kennedy beat Mike Knox. I had never seen Knox have what I would call a very good match until tonight. This was shockingly good. Pacing and psychology were great. Ken won with the Mic Check.

WWE Tag Team champions The Miz and John Morrison beat Jesse and Festus when Morrison pinned Jesse with his neckbreaker. Miz and Morrison got great heat by doing the Rick Rude routine. The rednecks were over. Superb match. And why is tag team wrestling so out of vogue when they have teams like this?

U.S. Champion Matt Hardy (with a young boy who got a trivia question correct) beat MVP and Shelton Benjamin in a triple threat match.  Benjamin isn't over a lick. Shelton & MVP double-teamed Matt, MVP and Matt double-teamed Shelton. Matt beat on both of them. Shelton and MVP fought to see who would beat Matt. Shelton hit a superplex on Matt for the big spot of the match. After Shelton got canned, MVP went to hit the playmaker. Matt blocked it into a Twist of Fate for the win. Excellent match that would have been 4-Stars had Shelton not been in it.

Michelle McCool and Cherry beat Victoria and Maryse.  McCool and Victoria made the match. Maryse isn't very good. Cherry is OK. Crowd wasn't that much into this. Victoria had on a pair of gimmick granny panties for the wedgie.

ECW Champion Mark Henry (w/ Tony Atlas) beat Tommy Dreamer with the slam and splash. Crowd didn't care for this and it went WAY too long.

Jeff Hardy beat Edge in a no-DQ match. This was tremendous. Jeff ended up taking Edge to the corners of the arena. I can't believe Jeff did so much crazy stuff on a house show. Edge tried to hit Jeff with a chair. Jeff blocked and tried to use it for "Poetry In Motion." Edge moved and went for a spear. When he missed the spear into the corner, Jeff hit the Twist of Fate on the chair. One Swanton Bomb later and it was over.

Notes: The crowd outside the arena for the Hardys leaving was insane as it took them almost 45 minutes to get out of there. The kid-friendly trivia segments were a very nice touch and added a fun atmosphere. This was so much better than the Raw house show in Augusta last November. It was probably the best house show I've ever been to from a big promotion (dating back to the 1970's with Crockett). It was so good, I'm going to the Asheville show tonight.

Teddy Long came out and announced the card and said fans could text message what kind of match stipulations they wanted in the main event.

1. Fit Finlay w/Hornswoggle beat Carlito w/ new hair style. Carlito actually looks better.
2. Great Khali beat Evan Bourne.  Went about three minutes and not much to it.  Bourne barely did anything.
3. Kennedy beat Mike Knox.  No microphone came down from the ceiling which Kennedy disapproved of.
4.  Miz and Morrision beat Jesse and Festus.  Great comedy from the Miz and Festus is just awesome when he gets to wrestle.
5.  Matt Hardy beat MVP and Shelton Benjamin in a triple threat match.  Benjamin is from the nearby area and got a smattering of cheers.  Hardy was beloved.
6. Michelle Mccool and Cherry beat Victoria and Maryse.  Mccool made Maryse tap out to a ridiculous ankle hold that no one expected.  Maryse has such great heel charisma.  Victoria got an atomic wedgie.
7.  Mark Henry w/ Tony Atlas beat Tommy Dreamer.  Lots of time spent on a wristlock on Dreamer.  After the splash Dreamer lay in the ring forever.
8.  Jeff Hardy beat Edge in the No-DQ main event where the fans "texted" their "vote".  The only match of the night the fans were into.  Fun match that spilled all over the arena.
