Another fighter in auto accident before big match

Hideo Tokoro is questionable for Monday's Dream show in Osaka after an auto accident yesterday in Machida-city.

Tokoro was rear-ended after stopping his car at about 2:20 p.m., and was taken to the hospital where he was diagnosed with head and back injuries.

Tokoro has said he would still like to fight Tsuyoshi Yamazaki on the show headlined by the semifinals and finals of the lightweight tournament with Tatsuya Kawajiri vs. Eddie Alvarez and Shinya Aoki vs. Caol Uno.

Tokoro, 21-13-1, is one of the more popular of the Japanese fighters. His character of a poor office janitor who became a fighter and his submission style have made him featured on televised Hero's and Dreams shows the past few years.
