--All charges were dropped against Brian Blair because after an investigation, State Attorney Pam Dondi said that Blair was acting in self defense. They noted when Bradley Blair called 911, he was saying that his brother, not his father, was going crazy. Toni Blair, Brian's wife, said that her sons both hit their father and Bradley said his brother Brett, was hitting his father multiple times.
