We're looking for your thoughts on tonight's Bash PPV, as well as last night's Ultimate Chaos PPV, so you can leave a thumbs up, thumbs down or thumbs in the middle along with a best and worst match to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

We'll have live coverage of the show on the site tonight starting at 8 p.m. Eastern time.

        Tonight's PPV lineup:
*Randy Orton vs. HHH in a three stages of hell match with a regular match, a falls count anywhere match and a stretcher match.  The problem with this program, which is long past its peak, is that where do you go next?  Batista is out.  You can go to Orton vs. Cena but that's not new either.  Instead of using the brand switch to elevate MVP, they pushed him for one week and now have relegated him to the same spot he had before.  Jericho and Punk are gone.  Big Show has looked atrocious of late.  This probably will be very long, but Sacramento is a good city for reactions so I expect it'll get over, and be dramatic, and it better be because I'm figuring 40 minutes out of this.
*C.M. Punk vs. Jeff Hardy for the world title.  People should be with this as they shot an angle and it's basically a new big show match.  Under normal circumstances I'd say Jeff winning would be wrong since Punk just got the thing three weeks ago, but since they like to change as many titles as possible on PPV with the belief it creates Monday interest, all bets are off.
*Chris Jericho vs. Rey Mysterio for the IC title.  Jericho has won their last two matches by pin, and Mysterio is putting up his mask. Short of a screw job, anything other than Mysterio winning the title would be insane.
*John Cena vs. The Miz.  Huge for Miz based on how this is presented.  If Miz is presented strongly, win or lose, he's fine.  If Miz isn't presented strongly, this is a squandered opportunity.
*ECW scramble match for the title with Mark Henry, Jack Swagger, champ Tommy Dreamer, Christian and Fit Finlay.  The original plan was for Swagger but changing to a scramble puts it up in the air.  I could see them using the scramble to allow Dreamer to get another few weeks as champion just as a surprise.  If Christian was to win, it'd be better served in a singles match.  Finlay has no business winning.  Henry would be okay if you've got strong faces to challenge, but Christian vs. Henry is a struggle and Henry vs. Bourne isn't what they are going to likely put on top.  Between the main event having to go long because it's three matches and this having to go 20, and eight matches on the show, there is going to be some rushing through the early matches.
*Colons vs. Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes for the tag titles.  The idea of all three members of Legacy having belts on tomorrow's TV is something that probably should be the face.  But in any rate, DiBiase & Rhodes should win here.
*Melina vs. Michelle McCool for the women's title.  Could go either way.  A McCool win would allow them to have Melina and McCool as challengers.  A Melina win only allows for this program to continue.  No doubt short.
*Dolph Ziggler vs. Great Khali in a no DQ match.  It better be short.  Apparently there is a reason this is on the show.

We're also looking for reports on last night's WWE tri-branded house show in Reno, as well as Friday night's ROH show in Detroit.

Monday has two episodes of Raw being taped in San Jose.  There will be a Smackdown taping on Tuesday in Fresno and another Smackdown taping on Wednesday in Bakersfield.  They'll be getting a week ahead because there are overseas tours next week to Australia and Japan.

We've got two issues of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter coming next week.

Our two lead stories include a look at the commercial free Raw and what the ratings mean.  We look at the last time WWE drew ratings at this level, how Raw ratings usually work and the effect of not having commercials, its affect on PPV, the financial considerations of the cost of Raw for USA Network, exactly how much this Raw will mean to USA's weekly rating, the advantage and disadvantage of Raw for a network as well as the viability of doing such a show again.

We look at DVR viewership and how this affects Raw and Smackdown today, who watched Raw this week, details behind the Trump storyline from both this week and last week, where the dual ownership idea was first talked about, who was talked about for the role in creative and why Vince McMahon always nixed it in the past, as well as the reducing of the money.

We also look at the career and life of Mitsuharu Misawa.  We look at his beginnings, his most famous matches, behind the scenes, family, his future plans, many wrestlers speak about him and others wish they could have wrestled him.  We also have his extensive career title history, his career in a plethora of awards, and a rundown of every major arena match he ever had in Tokyo, and the records for being a box office draw that he set during his career.
