Feedback to New Japan Road to Destruction

NJPW Road To Destruction

rating-- Thumbs in the middle
best match-- Bushi & Tomoaki Honma & Tetsuya Naito & Satoshi Kojima vs. Gedo & Yujiro Takahashi & Masato Tanaka & Kazuchika Okada
worst match-- Jushin Liger & Tiger Mask & Manabu Nakanishi vs. Karl Anderson & Tama Tonga & Rey Bucanero

Really no bad matches on the card. There wasn't a great one either.

seemed like everything was like 3* range.

I set my alarm for 5:20am EST. As it turned out, there was really no reason to get up early to watch this show. I had nothing better to do and don't regret it.

I thought the Time Splitters of Alex Shelly/Kushida looked good in the opener.

Prince Devitt has a great intro and the crowds love his jacket that lights up.

Tetsuya Naito got a good crowd reaction and chants for him during the match as well.  Naito had good interactions with  Masato Tanaka. They caused each others eliminations, further setting up their upcoming match.

Kazuchika Okada looked like the star that he is. Unreal vertical leap on that drop kick of his.

thanks,

Dan Petrucci
