UFC signs Bellator world champion

Michael Chiapetta of MMAFighting.com just broke a story that Hector Lombard is headed to the UFC, with Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney as his source.

Lombard was Bellator's middleweight champion, who has gone five-and-a-half years without a loss.  Rebney stated that Bellator would not match UFC's offer.  Bellator had a right in their contract to keep Lombard, whose deal has expired, if they could match an outside offer.
