Notes from Ultimate Fighter - Faber's opponent announced

Brent Wilson may not be able to file a report tonight so we'll post results as they happen

Vinc Pichel b Chris Saunders on scores of 20-18, 19-19 and 20-18.  Pichel won the second round for sure.  I had Saunders winning the first but two judges didn't have that.  Both fighters seemed to indicate they thought Saunders won the first and were  expecting to go to a third overtime round.

Al Iaqunita b Andy Ogle via late first round stoppage.  Iaquinta knocked him down twice, the second he didn't recover from and after a few punches on the ground it was stopped.  4:44

Iaquinta said Ogle was a great guy and it felt kind of weird to fight him.

Ogle came off so ridiculously likeable in his interview after losing.  If he can improve and be a decent UFC fighter, he'll be a star.

Semifinals next Friday night:
James Vick vs. Michael Chiesa
Al Iaquinta vs. Vinc Pichel

And on 7/7 for the interim title

Urijah Faber vs. Renan Barao.  It was the only real choice once Michael McDonald was injured.

Who is the strongest of these Hall of Fame candidates?
