UFC weigh-ins for tomorrow's show in Fort Lauderdale

Weigh-ins for the event that will air on both Fuel and FX tomorrow from the BankAtlantic Center in Fort Lauderdale.

Demetrious Johnson said that he went on a zero carb diet to make weight before his first fight with Ian McCall.  Whoever gave a fighter the advice to do zero carbs for weeks before a fight has no business talking to anyone about nutrition.

Dana White is not there.  It's Joe Silva and Sean Shelby in case there needs to be a pull-apart.

Facebook fights starting at 5 p.m. Eastern

Sean Pierson (11-6, 170) vs. Jake Hecht (11-3, 171)

Bernardo Magalhaes (11-2, 155) vs. Henry Martinez (8-2, 156)

Fuel at 6 p.m.

Caio Magalhaes (5-0, 186) vs. Buddy Jack Roberts (11-2, 185) - Magalhaes weighed 187, and started clapping like he'd done well, apprarently having no idea he had just missed weight.  But he removed his underwear and made weight at 186.  Hopefully Magalhaes doesn't wake up tomorrow with four flat fires.

Justin Salas (10-3, 156) vs. Tim Means (17-3-1, 155.5) - They had a hell of time weighing Means as the commissioner read the scale at 158 but as it turned out he actually weighed 155.5.  He was looking at the numbers wrong.

Jared Papazian (14-7, 1 no contest, 133) vs. Dustin Pague (10-6, 136) - These two pressed heads before being pulled apart.

Matt Grice (14-4, 146) vs. Leonard Garcia (19-8-1, 146)

Lance Benoist (6-0, 171.5) vs. Seth Baczynski (15-6, 170.5) - Once again it was read wrong for Benoist first at 173, when it was 171.5.  He stripped and made it at 171)

Carlos Eduardo Rocha (9-1, 170.5) vs. Mike Pierce (13-5, 171)

FX at 9 p.m.

Scott Jorgensen (13-5, 136) vs. Eddie Wineland (18-8-1, 135.5)

I just realized these weigh-ins lose a lot without Joe Rogan (also not here) saying, "That's gonna be a hell of a fight")

Josh Neer (33-10-1, 170.5) vs. Mike Pyle (22-8-1, 171)

Charlie Brenneman (15-3, 171) vs. Erick Silva (13-2, 1 no contest, 169)

Ian McCall (11-2-1, 126) vs. Demetrious Johnson (14-2-1, 125) - Johnson still looks really small at 125.  For all the talk of this being his "natural" weight because of his height, he looks and fought like a quick powerhouse at 135 and last time at 125 he didn't have that power even against a smaller guy.
