More on Hallman missing weight and fight being canceled

Dennis Hallman blamed personal issues for his not making weight and his fight with Thiago Tavares being canceled.  Hallman said he cut to 158, and the passed out.  He was given fluids via IV, which moved him up to 163 pounds.  When Tavares' camp was told what happened, they agreed to take the fight as long as Hallman got to 159.  Hallman claimed he made 159, but Tavares wanted him to get to 158 and he then asked Dana White to be taken off the card.
