Hulk Hogan quietly settles lawsuit with Bubba

The lawsuit filed by Hulk Hogan against long-time friend Bubba the Love Sponge, aka Todd Clem, was settled Monday morning in Clearwater, FL court.

Clem apologized to Hogan and changed his story, now saying that Hogan wasn't aware he was being filmed having sex with Heather.

Other terms of the settlement, if there were any, have been kept confidential.

Hogan still has a lawsuit out against Gawker.com, a web site that has yet to take down clips from the tape.  In addition, the lawsuit was filed against Heather Cole, the former Heather Clem and Bubba's ex-wife, who was having sex with Hogan in the tape.
