TMZ reports Strikeforce done, Rousey to UFC

TMZ has reported that Strikeforce is done after the 1/12 show in Oklahoma City, and that Ronda Rousey will be joining the UFC.

It has been expected that Zuffa and Showtime were not going to be renewing their deal once the contract expires in the spring.  Once that happened, all the top Strikeforce fighters were going to UFC which includes Rousey, Gilbert Melendez, Luke Rockhold, Josh Thomson and Rafeal Feijao.

What was notable is Rousey's name not being on the January show when she would be due to fight, meaning they were saving her next fight to UFC and making sure Rousey vs. Cyborg wasn't on Showtime.

The article listed Sara McMann, Cyborg and Miesha Tate as possible opponents for Rousey in her UFC debut.

We'll have more on this later.
