More Dana White, gets mad at Dave for Rousey advance, talks Lesnar vs. Fedor(true story by the way)

By Steve Juon

Here are a few of Dana White's more choice comments in the media scrum after UFC.
On Rampage Jackson:

"I don't even know what to say about Rampage. I
don't - you know what I mean? Like I said. One minute you're cool with
him, the next minute... you know through this whole thing, all the
talk, all the stuff that's happened, I have remained exactly the same
to him - like nothing was said, like nothing was going on, right up
until he left tonight." "There was a lot riding tonight - Glover,
Rampage - you know if I was worried about any of that I would have put
him on the biggest platform we have, on FOX. We've treated him... he
made his money, like he always makes his money, he fought on a huge
platform. He had the opportunity tonight to win, and do whatever he
wanted to do. You know what I mean? It's not like I threw him on some
prelim... in the middle of nowhere."
On Eddie Alvarez:

"What was crazy was when I saw that thing where
their attorney said 'Yeah Spike and FOX are exactly the same thing.'
This isn't one of those situations where you're talking about poor
little Bellator. Viacom owns Bellator. The judge must not have done
his homework for sure, if he's agreeing that Spike TV and FOX are the
same platforms. They're so fucking far apart it's not even funny -
it's two different fucking universes, okay? There's nothing wrong with
Bellator getting Eddie Alvarez - pay him the money he would have made
here." "It's ridiculous. I don't know a court or a judge couldn't see
that. You know? And even if they said, let's really dive into this
thing, let's see what the lowest PPV the UFC has ever done, y'know?
Let's see if we can find out what a low number is, what a high number
is, and maybe this is what he should have been paid. Find a middle
ground, and pay the kid what he should have been paid."
On Strikeforce:

"I'm excited for all of those guys to come to the UFC.
It's a long time coming, and they deserve it, and uh I'm happy it's
finally here. I'm really excited for all of the guys from Strikeforce.
All of 'em, all of those guys, I'm excited for all those guys to come
fight in the UFC. They've been through some shit, over the last year,
and I'm happy they're finally here. We're gonna make it up to them."
On Josh Barnett:

"I've got a pretty good feeling he'll be in the UFC.
I'm pretty sure as far as I'm concerned anyway Josh and I have cleared
(the air). Right when we bought Strikeforce was when we had our last
fighter summit - and Josh was there. And Josh and I have bumped into
each other a couple of times and, I'm comfortable with where we're
On Anderson Silva:

"Dude this is typical, Anderson Silva, Ed Soares craziness. Every fuckin' time there's a fight, you know he wants to fight Mighty Mouse Johnson, then he wants to fight - fuckin', y'know, this guy and that guy. It's always the same deal, it always happens. 'I absolutely will not fight Chael Sonnen, he doesn't deserve the title' and I'm not doing this and I'm not doing that. This is, this is what we do."
On Nick Diaz:

"I don't want to say that he learned a lesson, y'know, like 'Yeah we taught him a lesson' - I think that a lot of what he said at the press conference today was true. He had this feeling like, he's been fighting since he was 18 years old, he never caught a break, he always felt like he was on the wrong side of the deal. He's had a year off, feels like he's rested up, healed up some injuries and had some time to relax. Without him saying it, I'm sure he's pretty excited to be back into it."
Putting his ear surgery on YouTube:

"Some people said what the fuck are you doing, why would you put that up? Why not? Why not?! Who cares."
About the changes for TUF on FX:

"I could not be more excited. I've never come across guys who are this fuckin' smart, who are this unbelievably behind us, on the same page, wanting to build the sport wanting to build the brand. I'm telling you guys - yeah this might be news to you guys it isn't news to me - I've known this for over a year. It's all good stuff man. FOX is amazing. I've got six more years with them and I hope we do a sixty year deal after that."
On Russia:

"We're working on Russia right now. I would say this year."
On Fedor Emelianenko and Brock Lesnar:

"We were going to do the Fedor/Brock fight. Brock came down, we met, he came to that event, we went to dinner that night. And um, he went back home, we were negotiating the Fedor thing, and I think when he heard that Fedor was done he said 'I'm done too.' He's done, he's going to do his stint in WWE and then, go away. He's got a big farm up in Canada and shit. He loves to farm, and he loves to be with his family and, just out in the middle of nowhere."
On Ronda Rousey:

"Meltzer wrote that stupid story, that made no fucking sense whatsoever, basically saying - you know oh Ronda they only sold $750,000 worth of tickets - but later on in the story says, which is ahead of what they sold last time they were here - but can Ronda sell tickets? It's like what the fuck are you talking about? That makes no sense. Not to mention we're not even promoting that fight yet."
