More on Tammy Sytch arrest, she files charge for assault due to broken ribs

WTNH-TV in Connecticut ran a story on the Tammy Sytch arrest with more details from her attorney, Rob Serafinowicz.

Serafinowicz said that Sytch and boyfriend Damien Darling had permission from the court for contact because both said they were trying to work out the relationship.

He said that Darling asked Sytch to come over, but then the two got into a fight and he called police.  Serafinowicz said Sytch left the home with two broken ribs and bruises all over her body, and filed as assault complaint from the Brantford police department.

Sytch was released from rehab on 1/5 and is undergoing outpatient treatment.
