Cause of William Moody's death

The autopsy of William Moody aka Percy Pringle and Paul Bearer, was completed this past week listing a heart attack, caused by supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), or a dangerously high heart rate, as the cause.

Moody had been suffering from an upper respiratory infection, which he got more than a week before his death while in Chicago for his last performance.  He also suffered a painful blood clot in his leg just days before his death.

Michael Moody, William's son, said doctors believed his father was struggling with SVT for the last few weeks before his death.  A story at www.tmz.com reported that SVT, if treated, usually isn't deadly, but because the symptoms are similar to anxiety and heartburn, people often ignore the symptoms.
