Exclusive notes on Jim Ross New York show debut

Jim Ross will be doing the U.S. debut of an expected talk show tour with two shows on Saturday, 3/1 at the Gramercy Theater in New York City.

The show, called "RINGSIDE:  An evening with Jim Ross," will have shows at 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. 

Ross will talk about both his live story, his experiences as both an executive and an announcer in Championship Wrestling with Leroy McGuirk; Mid South Wrestling under Bill Watts; Jim Crockett Promotions and World Championship Wrestling, and finally, his various runs with the WWF/WWE from 1993 to 2013.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Eastern time tomorrow morning for a presale for Observer web site readers using the password Slobberknocker at Ticketmaster and at the Gramercy Theater Box Office.  VIP tickets which includes a meet and greet are available for both shows.  The presale will end at 10 p.m. Eastern time on Thursday night. 

Tickets will go on sale on Friday to the public.

Jim Ross will be appearing tomorrow on Wrestling Observer radio to talk about his talk show tour, his career and other plans for 2014.
