Please include your board name in the subject line so he can keep track.

The maximum the room holds is 50... so it's first paid, first reserved. We need all payments by May 25th so Jai-A-Lai can forward to the hotel by June 1st.

The price includes the following:

A private banquet room from 6pm to 9pm.

A dinner buffet served from 6:15pm to 7:30pm.

There will also be a 900 square foot party suite booked at 9pm at a secret location close to the south end of the strip behind Hooter's Hotel and Casino. That is being paid for by private donations which can still be made via paypal to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

There are only 14 seats remaining so if your coming book as soon as you can and Rammy's sister Maxey and the rest of his family will be our guests at dinner as our way of remembering one of our own.

Other plans include, Thursday night Dinner at Sambas at the Mirage, then we will break into two groups, one will go see Beatles LOVE and the other group will more then likely be going to see the Cirque du Soleil show KA at MGM, unless Bryan decides on an other show.

Friday the Peachmachine competes in the Grappler's Quest at 11 am & 1 pm.

Saturday afternoon we will have Whitney's & Barbara's pool party & BBQ at the same location as the after party. If for some reason we can't have it there, back-up plan like always is the Tropicana Hotel, and of course the post-UFC dance party will be at Dick's Last Resort at Excalibur after the fights. We will probley be on the patio so look there if you don't see us.

Sunday looks like a very fun day as some of us will be going to the Tournament of Kings at Excalibur and either before or after a trip to the Stratosphere to travel 109 stories into the air. We also seem to have lunch at Chin Chin at NYNY every year so we might do that also.
