Update on tonight's live NXT show with storm looming

With Hurricane Sandy in the Atlantic Ocean and a careful examination of the storm's projected path, WWE NXT officials have concluded that the weather conditions will not be significant enough to cancel tonight's scheduled show.

NXT will debut in West Palm Beach, FL tnight, Friday, October 26th. The show will be highlighted with a special guest appearance from WWE Superstar, Alberto Del Rio who will sign autographs for fans prior to the start of the event. Alberto Del Rio has been featured as a prominent performer on WWE’s Flagship programs-Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown. The 6’5 239lbs competitor is a 2nd Generation Mexican born athlete who’s father- Dos Caras also maintained a successful thirty year career of his own. Del Rio’s crowning achievement came in 2011 by becoming the first ever Mexican born WWE Champion. He has held the title on two different occasions.

Del Rio’s appearance is in conjunction with the WWE NXT Live Tour which takes place at the West Palm Beach Armory in West Palm Beach, FL with a 7:30pm bell time. VIP Ticket Holders will receive access to the autograph session featuring Alberto Del Rio at 6pm while all other ticket levels will receive access at 6:30pm. Eight big matches are slated for the card which will also see NXT Diva action. NXT is the official developmental system for the future stars of WWE.
