UFC slobberknocker fight for Saturday is off (updated with new FOX match)

The Carlos Condit vs. Matt Brown fight for 12/14 in Sacramento on FOX is now officially off as Brown officialy pulled out this afternoon.

Brown suffered two herniated dics in his lower back a few days ago.  As of yesterday, the fight was in significant jeopardy but Brown was still hoping to gut through it.

Dana White said that they were unable to get anyone to face Condit on one week's notice.  MMAFighting.com reported that Condit is likely to fight on the 2/22 show in Las Vegas.

Joe Lauzon will go for the UFC record for best performance bonuses on FOX in the new network match when he faces Mac Danzig. The fight was originally for the FS 1 portion of the show.
