Bellator notes, card changes, PPV will go on despite Alvarez injury

From Bjorn Rebney on a press call:

*Late last week, we got a call from Ed's manager saying Ed hit his head on a training partner's hip and had some dizziness. We were told we'd be getting daily updates and the situation was improving.

*On Tuesday, he was doing full cardio training, he had some dizziness when grappling, and said he was at 70%.

*Friday, he was still dong full cardio training, still at 70%, but was questioning whether he could fight.

*Early this morning, Ed pulled out of the fight.

*The show will remain on PPV. Rampage vs. King Mo is the main event. Michael Chandler will face Will Brooks for the interim lightweight title.

*Blagoi Ivanov vs. Alexander Volkov has been added to the PPV card, originally set for Spike.
