On Tuesday's post-Raw edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that both Dana Brooke and Rey Mysterio are in quarantine and will not be on the WrestleMania 36 card.
Meltzer did not have any details on either person's medical condition other than to say people are being cautious if they are feeling sick due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Brooke (real name Ashley Sebera) was quietly pulled from the SmackDown women's championship six-pack challenge involving Bayley, Sasha Banks, Naomi, Tamina, and Lacey Evans even though she is still featured in the supporting image for the WWE.com match post as of this writing.
Outside a home workout routine, the 31-year-old Brooke has not posted on social media about her medical status in recent days. She has not been on any of the Performance Center closed set editions of SmackDown.
Mysterio (real name Oscar Gutierrez) was on last week's Raw, defeating U.S. Champion Andrade in a non-title match, possibly leading to a title match at WrestleMania. However, he was not on this week's edition and a Raw tag team title match with Andrade and Angel Garza vs. The Street Profits was made for the big event instead.
Similar to Brooke, the 45-year-old Mysterio has not posted on social media.
WrestleMania is being filmed this week for air on Saturday, April 4th and Sunday, April 5th on WWE Network.
