Show Recap --

X Division Champion Taiji Ishimori defeated Dezmond Xavier to retain his title

Ishimori had the early advantage and frustrated Xavier, but Xavier gained control and slowed the pace down. He hit an awesome flip dive over the top rope and guardrail onto Ishimori in the crowd.

Xavier hit the Final Flash for a very close near fall. Xavier countered the double knees into a standing corkscrew moonsault for a two count. Ishimori caught Xavier and hit the double knees, followed by a 450 splash to retain the title.

Flashback Moment of the Week: Aron Rex defeated Eddie Edwards in the Grand Championship final at Bound for Glory 2016

The judges awarded the first round to Edwards, then Rex won the second round. Rex had the advantage early in round three but Edwards made a comeback. They traded shots as the round came to an end. Rex won the third round by decision to win the championship.

Kongo Kong (w/ Jimmy Jacobs) defeated Chandler Park (w/ Joseph Park)

Park had a brief flurry of offense until Kong took over and won the match easily. After the match, Kong splashed Park from the top turnbuckle while Joseph Park could only watch.

Impact World Champion Eli Drake vs. Johnny Impact vs. Alberto El Patron ended in a no contest (from BCW in Detroit, Michigan)

El Patron and Drake briefly worked together to take Impact out before turning against each other. Impact brought in a chair and destroyed both opponents. On three separate occasions, whenever one of the guys had the match won, the third guy pulled the referee out of the ring. The ref got upset and challenged all three to fight -- and they nailed him with simultaneous superkicks.

Drake scored a close near fall but was upset it wasn’t three. He gave the second referee the Gravy Train. The locker room eventually all ran out and a huge brawl broke out.

Rosemary defeated KC Spinelli

Rosemary was in control early but couldn’t put Spinelli away. She teased spitting the mist and Spinelli covered up, which allowed Rosemary to hit the Red Wedding for the win.

After the match, Rosemary promised to defeat either Allie or Laurel Van Ness for the title. Hania made her Impact debut by jumping Rosemary and viciously beating her down.

LAX (Ortiz, Santana & Homicide) defeated OVE (Sami Callihan, Jake & Dave Crist) in Barbed Wire Massacre III

The ropes were taken down and replaced with barbwire. Santana hit a dive over the barbwire onto OVE on the floor. Both Callihan and Homicide pulled out forks and had a brief struggle. Jake became entangled in the barbwire and Homicide jammed the fork in Jake’s ear.

Jake and Callihan destroyed Homicide with violent chair shots. Homicide poured alcohol on Dave, but Callihan drank it and spit it in Homicide’s eyes. Callihan picked up Homicide for a suplex but instead dropped him on the barbwire. LAX wrapped Jake up in barbwire and Ortiz gave him a running Death Valley Driver into a barbwire board. Jake speared Ortiz through a table at ringside.

Callihan got a near fall with a tombstone piledriver on a barbwire chair. Konnan took Callihan out of the match with a barbwire baseball bat, then Dave and Santana fought on the top of a ladder. Santana drove a bunch of wooden skewers into Dave’s head. Santana then executed a superplex off the top of the ladder through a table for the win.
