WWE NXT viewership down, 18-49 demo rating steady

NXT finished seventh on cable with a 0.15 rating in 18-49.

Tuesday's NXT averaged 688,000 viewers on the USA Network. The episode, which was taped in advance, was down 5.5 percent from last week's anniversary edition of NXT.

In the 18-49 demo, NXT finished seventh on cable with a 0.15 rating, the same rating as the show drew last week. It's the third week out of the last four that NXT has drawn a 0.15 in 18-49.

NXT had a huge increase with women 18-49, which were up 57.1 percent from last week. That was offset by a 27.3 percent decrease with males 12-34. The 0.08 rating that NXT drew with males 12-34 matched the lowest number it has done in that category in the last 11 weeks.

There was no big sports competition on Tuesday, but the broadcast networks had their season premieres which typically draw the biggest audiences of the season. A few of those network shows topped five million viewers.

As compared to the same week in 2021, NXT was down 7.8 percent in overall viewers and down 25 percent in 18-49.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of total viewership and individual demo ratings for NXT, as well as the 10-week averages in all categories. This week's show was up 5.8 percent in viewers but even in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.
