Two matches announced for WWE SmackDown

A couple of matches have been announced for this week's episode of SmackDown.

Drew McIntyre & Jeff Hardy will team up against Happy Corbin & Madcap Moss on SmackDown this Friday night. Ridge Holland vs. Cesaro is also set for the show.

On last week's SmackDown, Hardy defeated Moss in a singles match where McIntyre and Corbin were both at ringside. Corbin tried to get involved, but McIntyre put a stop to that. McIntyre laid out Corbin with a Claymore after the match, and Hardy gave Moss the Swanton Bomb.

McIntyre, Hardy, and Corbin were all part of Team SmackDown for the five-on-five men's elimination tag match at Survivor Series. They were defeated by Team Raw.

Sheamus was also on Team SmackDown at Survivor Series. He got his spot on the team by winning a fatal four-way match on SmackDown last Friday. A distraction by Holland led to Sheamus hitting the Brogue Kick on Cesaro to get the win.

This will be Holland's SmackDown in-ring debut after being called up from NXT in the WWE Draft last month. In storyline, Sheamus has taken Holland under his wing after Holland spoke about how Sheamus is his idol.

Friday's SmackDown is taking place at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. WWE is hyping that the next challenger for Universal Champion Roman Reigns may be revealed on the show:

This Thanksgiving, only one Superstar sits at The Head of the Table for SmackDown.

Universal Champion Roman Reigns' dominant run on the blue brand has continued, but it's time for the next challenger to step onto "The Island of Relevancy." Reigns is coming off an impressive victory over WWE Champion Big E at Survivor Series.

Who will look to unseat Reigns from his undeniable rule over SmackDown?
