WWE SmackDown video highlights: Final build to Extreme Rules

A 10-man tag match headlined SmackDown's go-home show for Extreme Rules.

Miz TV with Daniel Bryan and Kane opened the episode, but The Bludgeon Brothers and then SAnitY interrupted to attack Team Hell No. The New Day tried to make the save, leading to Bryan, Kane & New Day vs. The Bludgeon Brothers & SAnitY being made for the main event.

Ahead of WWE Champion AJ Styles vs. Rusev and United States Champion Jeff Hardy vs. Shinsuke Nakamura on Sunday, another tag match on SmackDown saw Styles team with Hardy against Rusev & Nakamura. Styles faced Nakamura in a non-title match at first until Rusev caused a disqualification.

Asuka defeated James Ellsworth in their lumberjack match, but Ellsworth then sprayed hairspray in her eyes and Carmella laid her out. Paige also announced that Ellsworth will be in a shark cage above the ring during their Women's title match at Extreme Rules.

Andrade "Cien" Almas vs. Sin Cara took place, but Samoa Joe vs. Tye Dillinger was canceled as part of an angle where Joe attacked him before the show.
