Daily Update: BOLA night 2, UFC Hamburg results, CMLL

UFC Hamburg: Pointless

If you like no-name mostly European fighters having boring fights with almost no action and going to questionable decisions then today's UFC show on Fight Pass from Hamburg is the show for you! Seriously if you are thinking of going back and watching the show, just read Ryan Frederick's recap and then go watch last weekend's UFC on FOX main card or UFC 199 or BOLA night 2.

The crowd even booed local fighters after they won. If you're looking for something of redemption on the card, the women's bantamweight fight between Ashlee Evans-Smith and Veronica Macedo was fun. Macedo is green as hell but has star potential. At just 20 years old, hopefully they match her up with the right fights to bring her back up. Ryan Bader had an impressive KO win in his fight.

And then the main event was an excellent, workmanlike performance by Josh Barnett. Arlovski had his moments and the first 30 seconds of the fight was something else. They shared a great moment in the Octagon after the fight. Barnett did what Barnett does and cut a great promo after the fight. We have results of the entire card below.

Next week's UFC 203 show can't help but be better than this and you know that this site, with it's pro wrestling connections and CM Punk fighting third from the top in the most-pushed fight on the show will be all over that bad boy.
