The original alternate is back to catch all of the feels on our 10th anniversary show. Well, not all of them as we didn't really expect to do a special when we hit record. But, enough feels to make you either tear up a bit, or soil yourself. Or both.
Back after a short hiatus due to Adam's immune system going viral, the original alternate returns by taking it old school. How old school? The first half of the show is all about the NHL's trade deadline kind of sold school. What can we say? We had to ease back into things. And what better way than speaking upon the Imperial Blackhawks leaving everyone else in their dust?
Getting back on the horse with the first of two shows in the next few days, the original alternate is back with topics that include, but aren’t limited to: Titus O’Neil’s suspension, Bryan Danielson warm and fuzzy water-colored memories of the way he (and the mid-00’s midwest indie scene) was, What Brauny the Strowman’s gimmick would have been if he had come around in the 70’s, NOAH’s Helen Keller Memorial Show on 1/31, some New Japan notes, and more.
Doing almost as many shows in January as we did during all the months last year, the original alternate returns with topics that include, but aren't limited to: As NOAH turns (literally): the ongoing Suzuki-Gun vs.
Three weeks running, as we get our show mojo back to mid-card level around this place (we see your upwardly-mobile self Tom Lawlor), the original alternate has successfully recorded audio. To celebrate this monumental achievement, we've decided to make this show a gratis edition. So, you're welcome and stuff.
Not wanting to be liars (again), the original alternate has actually kept its word, and recorded a show for the second consecutive week in a row. And while we're slowly getting our groove back, the world of puroresu has been speeding along on another level. So, naturally, the main topic this week was the situation with New Japan Pro Wrestling. Who can they push? What they can do? Who would you like to see in the 2017 Dome show main? All that stuff, and a little bit of other stuff too.
Who needs a regular schedule anyway?
